How does the power tap earth compare to the rare earth mic blend? Which would you prefer?

They both sound great! One quick question: which do you think would be better for strumming? Most of my playing is fingerstyle/percussion but there are times when I prefer to simply strum just to change it up a bit. Thanks!

Hard to say in general terms. I'd probably go with the Rare Earth version though, as tends to be a little smoother with a heavy attack.

Do you think it would be possible to install both
a rare earth mic blend and a power tap infinity system so you get the benefits of all 4 pick ups?

You could do that, but you'd need two output jacks.

That intro tune is in DGDGDD, capo 2. It's a piece of mine called "The Westside." - Teja Gerken

It's too bad he didn't have two of the same guitar. I like the sound of the PowerTap Infinity, but that could just be the Guild speaking.
