    • @DrSusanBrown
      @DrSusanBrown  10 месяцев назад

      While an unhealthy diet may be a leading cause of stress, there are other activities you can add into your health journey in order to ease stress, through the body and the mind. We suggest trying out meditation & yoga, as well as maintaining a healthy diet. These practices promote a healthy mental and physical state which may help ease stress.

    I have problem with my stomach I'm taking medicine for acid reflux what kind of advice for me every time I eat food I get sick and I have a high Blood Pressure and I have a 3 stent in my heart

    • @DrSusanBrown
      @DrSusanBrown  4 месяца назад

      It sounds like you're dealing with multiple health concerns, and managing them can be challenging. Here are a few pieces of advice that may help:
      Follow your doctor's recommendations: Since you're already taking medication for acid reflux and have undergone heart procedures, it's crucial to follow your doctor's advice closely. Make sure you're taking your medications as prescribed and attending all recommended check-ups.
      Watch your diet: Certain foods can trigger acid reflux symptoms, so it's essential to pay attention to what you're eating. Spicy foods, acidic foods, fatty foods, and caffeine are common triggers for acid reflux. Consider keeping a food diary to identify any patterns between your symptoms and your diet.
      Eat smaller, more frequent meals: Large meals can put pressure on the stomach and increase the likelihood of acid reflux symptoms. Try eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day to help manage your symptoms.
      Avoid lying down after eating: Lying down shortly after eating can worsen acid reflux symptoms. Try to wait at least two to three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
      Manage stress: Stress can exacerbate both acid reflux and high blood pressure. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, or hobbies you enjoy.
      Monitor your blood pressure: Keep track of your blood pressure regularly, as high blood pressure can increase the risk of heart-related complications. Follow your doctor's recommendations for managing your blood pressure, which may include medication, dietary changes, exercise, and stress management.
      Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, as staying hydrated can help with digestion and may also help manage blood pressure.
      Remember, it's essential to work closely with your healthcare provider to develop a comprehensive plan for managing your health conditions. They can provide personalized advice and support based on your individual needs and medical history.

    Oh you make it sound so easy give up everything I fasted for two months. Yes, I lost weight. Yes, I felt better. Is it sustainable? No, not in reality. What is 40 to 60 NG? for vitamin D. I take 4800 units of vitamin D3 +K2 a day. I suffer from degenerative disc disease with seven compromise disc, and I have fibromyalgia my entire function. Every single day is trying to find a way out of pain.

    • @DrSusanBrown
      @DrSusanBrown  4 месяца назад

      I'm sorry to hear about your health challenges and the difficulties you've faced. It's understandable that finding relief from pain and managing conditions like degenerative disc disease and fibromyalgia can be incredibly challenging. The 40 to 60ng you mentioned likely refers to nanograms per milliliter, which is a measure of vitamin D levels in the blood.
      Maintaining adequate vitamin D levels is important for overall health, especially for those dealing with chronic conditions. However, it's crucial to ensure you're getting the right dosage for your specific needs. It's great that you're already taking 4800 units of vitamin D3 with K2 daily, as vitamin D deficiency can exacerbate symptoms in conditions like fibromyalgia.
      To get a clearer understanding of your vitamin D levels and ensure you're on the right track with your supplementation, I recommend reaching out to us via email at helpdesk@betterbones.com. Our team of health experts can provide personalized guidance and support tailored to your unique health situation. Wishing you relief and comfort on your journey towards wellness
