Keto ,after 7 months of having all the symptoms you mentioned, including depression, all gone !! 20kg off ..triglycerides from 4 to 0.8 , HDL from 0.9 to 1.5 , i still smoke light cigarettes, i don't drink alcohol, i think the 54 years i lived before Keto did a lot of damage to my body , resulting in Artery blockages, doctors are pushing for bypass (triple) ,Statins, and redding of HF diet..and of course quitting smoking,,.my main point to tell here is that Keto diet and intermittent fasting did change me , sorry that the life before keto did what it did to my Arteries. Very reluctant to do the bypass!!.

At 65 I have a long history of starch consumption, sugar usage, and oil/margarine poisoning. I only now realize my diet is an issue. I have extreme joint pain. Yet, after maybe a month of eliminating sugar, reducing starches, drinking apple cider vinegar and water, and trying to reduce meal frequency (not doing well with this), I am seeing signs of success: -20+lbs, less erratic blood sugar, less pain, and 2 good blood sugar reads 86 + 94. I was all over the map. Some times the metter just said High. I have other health issues, so I cannot get too radical. Yet just reducing starch, stopping sugar, and drinking vinegar is working miricals for me I think.
      Thanks, Kait.

Just recently found your videos. I really like and enjoy your information. I have dealt with chronic inflammation for the last nearly 4 years. I utilized many of the suggestion like reducing sugar, getting more rest and drink more water. For nearly two years straight while I was in school, I drank sweet tea 2-3 times a day. I started by reducing to 1-2x, then 1x daily and finally maybe once or twice a week. I noticed a difference with the inflammation pretty quickly when I started. In watching some of your other videos, I clearly see that I still have much work to do on my health. I am overweight. I couldn’t understand how I develop the weight so quickly and gaining a protruding stomach. I never had that problem. I also develop dark circles under my eyes. By the description insulin resistance looks like it’s been present during these this last year. I’m actively incorporating many if your guided research. I don’t want be prescribed medication so I making some real changes. Thank you so much!!!

Seem unable to overcome the chronic inflammation - very acidic body still though I eat a great balanced diet, don't drink fruit juices or pop, don't smoke, drink very little wine (average of a glass a day, perhaps), eat very few processed foods & no preserved meats. Used to have a LOT of stress, also a cancer survivor - so very well aware of need to get sleep, though often wide awake much too early every day. I still need to increase exercise - broken leg last year really slowed me down, and now that I'm retired, I should get out much more often, but...... NEED help with motivation and perhaps some guidance for diet. Your videos are wonderfully focused, and helpful, please keep going!!!

Setting inflammatory refined foods/sugars and seed type oils aside there are still plenty of foods that are keeping our omega 3 and omega 6 out of balance such as grain fed meats. Personally I can't afford a 100% grass fed meat diet so by including fatty fish everyday that offsets intake of the additional omega 6 from meats.

Hi I just found these videos and they are awesome! @Sandi B, I would def consult a rheumatologist, the RA meds raise most peoples liver enzymes. It does not mean that your body can’t handle prescriptions, it means the medicine needs to be adjusted to something else or another combination or a different frequency etc.
I am only saying this because my medication did the same, my rheumatologist changed it to a different frequency ie. One injection per month instead of 2 per month. She told me if this continues to affect my liver then we will keep trying down the line of medications until my life becomes more manageable. I hope this may help, I am passing along only my experience and I understand everyone is different😊

I have crohn's. I tried going low carb and it only slightly reduced it. I fasted for 4 days (not intentional) and got my inflammation to be almost normal. I have lost a lot of weight, so I don't really want to fast like that right now, but I've started to do cold therapy. Cold showers, breathing techniques, etc. Wim Hof type stuff. I'm excited to see where that goes. Seems to already be helping a lot with my mental state at the least.

Hi- I hope you’ve found ways to help you with the candida - Your question is 6 months old , however i can tell you a little that i do know that helps candida - Reducing sugars (all sugars ) as much as possible, limit fruit & try to eat low sugar types , such as raspberries , blueberries , in small amounts , lower carbohydrate , especially’white flour , white rice, pasta etc - & quit alcohol , All of these foods/ drinks ‘feed ‘the candida , keeping it going. There is info online with advice abt candida - Some of it is over complex & hard to follow , but there are some who keep it fairly simple & supportive , & i hope you find something that suits you . My very best wishes . ✨

I know this isn’t a ‘natural’ cure but I had Candida - severe bloating, pain and nail infections with pus (ugh) and begged (literally) my doctor to prescribe nystatin, even though he said he didn’t believe I had Candida, he said it was ‘chronic inflammation’ to which I said yes, caused by Candida! At the time I was on a food combining diet, no meat and lots of fruit, and it made me feel terrible. Anyway he gave me the prescription. Nystatin is quite a strong drug, it can make you feel sick although it didn’t give me any problems. All my Candida symptoms cleared up within a week, so unless it was a placebo effect it worked…
