Here is something to think about before you order your next round of metal plaques, put a place to put the date of completion on it so people can know how old it really is.
I got the wrong idea from the title of the video. Thought something had happened to Joe’s table and you had to remake it 😂
🤣
It did, he lost it in the divorce
@@WiiNESticles He most certainly did not haha, it's his table
I thought the same thing when I saw the video title!!! I thought they were remaking Joe's table also...lol
From the process of making it to when you guys deliver it, you can tell that all of you really care about the product, the process and the customers. The care that you take when shipping it and delivery is so awesome. Great job on another beautiful table!!!
Looks beautiful! Food for thought: offering solid brass stabilizing bars (matching the others) as an alternative to the wood. Nice job!
Thank you! I love that idea, I think it would look incredible.
Beautiful table. Such a blessing to have clientele that have more money than they know what to do with. Very fortunate.
I prefer this to the original (I like the water to wood ratio better)
Looks incredible
Wow that table was beautiful. That walnut was gorgeous.
So glad your team made it out to our neck of the woods Dylan. Awesome table. Blessings!
Thanks so much Timothy!
The grain in the wood is amazing.
Oh I know! It's absolutely incredible! Thanks for commenting Debbie!
I giggle in Canadian every time I watch one of your videos. I'm not sure if it's because you're around family but I can really hear the Canada in your conversations. Now I know what they're talking about... we sound so NICE! 😂
Hahaha, it might be that! It's always funny to be able hear a Canadian accent when you're Canadian
Beautiful piece... the grain is incredible... its wild knowing only 4 clients in the world, have a portion of this incredible tree
Yes, we wish we could do more tables with this tree it's s incredible!
Again, absolutely beautiful. What an amazing team and exceptional workmanship.
Thank you 😊
Such a beautiful table. Awesome workmanship.
Thank you 😊
Wow factor, the history, the way nature creates these slabs are already fabulous. Thank you for sharing.
Wow!!! As you said in the video, you do keep getting better and better!!! What a fantastic table. Keep up the good work!!!!
Thank you as always, John!
We love pushing our selves
That Manganiello build was legendary! I was under the impression you had to rebuild it. I don't have the money for anything that impressive, but like I told Manganiello on Twitter, after seeing that table I understand the pleasure in D&D as a hobby.
Luckily we didn't have to do that! Yeah, his table was incredible
I can tell you really hate to let go of these tables. That's absolutely stunning.👍
Haha it's hard to say goodbye to these pieces sometimes!
Certainly a fantastic build. See you next time. 👍😊
Wow. Beautiful work. I can't think of a time I would ever want 14 people in my house at the same time let alone all at the same table! LOL
Haha 🤣 Thank you!
That table is amazing, great job guys. The travelling and scenery would have been nice too
Wow absolutely stunning table you guys do amazing work. What a Beautiful house and peace of land.
Thanks so much Jim! And I know, we were in awe!
stunning work again
That is some crazy figuring in that slab so many different types of.awesome guys 🙌
What a fantastic build from start to finish! Your crew is an amazing team, it’s fun to watch how well you all work together 👏🏼 that CA walnut is gorgeous 🔥
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the video
awesome video about an awesome table from an awesome company for an awesome client
Thank you so much 🙌
Absolutely beautiful table!
Thank you!
Epic table Dylan great work keep it up need to get you to nz to work with some of our timbers
Beautiful table.God bless you all.
Thank you so much 🙏
Stunning!
Thank you 😊
I'm willing to bet the replacement for the underpowered Festool track saw is going to be a Mafell
Wow, that's a looong track. 😯
This is a Great Table.
Spectacular as always ❤
Thank you 😊
Another awesome job guys 👍
Thank you, Dave 🙌
Good job on the table and great video 👍
Thanks so much!! 👍
That is a beautiful table
Very professional and well explained. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you!
Plan on refinishing this soon. 18 firefighters and a black lab. If the finish holds up to that, you've got something 😊😊
We don't have to suscribe to watch, that's the beauty of it
Amazing as usual! 💙
Thank you!
Looks good! You guys should try doing some forged carbon fibre. You would be so good at it !
Thank you! I’ve been wanting to try that for actually!
Stunning
Great as always!
Is there a reason that you don't use the HDPE for the sides?
Another great table! I can't help thinking you guys need to use some shoulder supported lifting straps or wheeled support to move the table tops, it would minimise the risks to your backs & a lot of awkward shuffling through doors etc.
The moving company that helped us with this one did use some moving straps! Such a game changer.
I don’t know if you could tell from the video but the 4 guys from the moving company pretty much took all of the weight.
We’ll be investing in a couple sets.
Hi 👋 Guys, That is another amazing looking table, well done guys, could you actually be getting a Mafell MKS185 , highly recommended,
I still have quite a few of their tools , Though they are very expensive, you get what you pay for, the table looks amazing, as I’ve already said, your clients property and the forest area going into it looks beautiful, Great that is offering facilities for firefighting cruise for training,
I don’t know whether you know , I think they are very expensive, there is robotic soups that you can wear to help you lift heavy loads,
And there is robotic track system , which would help you move and carry heavy loads as well, it all looks expensive just a thought,
You do certainly have some amazing clients , Stay safe keep up the great work look forward to seeing you next project,
France,
Awesome table. Who supplied the chairs? Very simple design. Fit that beautiful table.
Looks great
Thanks, Fred 😊
Well you've done it again. The most amazing table, bigger and better than ever. Where does it all end? Love the figuring in the walnut, this was Truely a magnificent tree ,.I think you guys will have to start hiring some bigger staff, at least the size of your client there. I think I may have asked this before but do you ask your client which way around the table is to be set? Obviously, there is direction to the grain and that translates to the table as a whole, so to me it needs to be in the right direction to balance with the setting. Yes or No?
Thanks for another great video. Tell Brad he better watch his back if he continues to lift like that! Cheers, Michael.
Thank you Michael! Haha that's not a bad idea. Yes, we ask the client which way they want the table to face, we usually will just set the table top on the base and screw it in and then ask if they want us to rotate it or not, because luckily we put pads on the bottom so it's easy to slide it around if needed
I have the cutoffs from that table ....cool that was for joe
That’s awesome, very lucky!
Could've sworn you had Willy Nylander helping to build that table!
Awesome!
Thank you so much!!
Absolutely gorgeous 😍.... although I'd have different chairs
Yeah, some nice leather ones that fit the scale of the table.
nice table
Thanks
beautiful tables for sure, still kind of prefer the more muted (less shiny) look of my gaming mats, they also have a bit more going on texture and color wise.
Wow another awesome build. I agree they’re getting nicer looking each time. Can’t wait to see the next one. Your craftsmanship is amazing. I didn’t see Charlie.
He got turned back at the border...
Ah poor Charlie I hope he wasn’t too put out
Thank you so much, John!
@@johnbernard6666 well he ended up in a big tussel with a border control agent and has been banned from entering the US for 5 years...
Dylan what brand Acrylic Urethane are you using?
I believe this is Sivam but I could double check with our finisher
Sweet results. Say hi to Charlie.
Thank you! Charlie says hi!
thats amazing. God, I wish I could afford something like this. xD
Maybe someday...
I hope you can one day too, we would love to build something for you!
I wonder if the small Dollie’s that countertop fabricators use to move those pieces would make moving the large tables like this a bit easier
Large rubber tires and they hold plenty of weight too. Just a thought
One thing I don’t quite understand about your “nano” finish, if you do a lacquer finish base coat, doesn’t that make 2x more work to repair the softer coating of lacquer coating?
Upon reading the title, I so totally thought; huh so the client wasn't satisfied with his table and had you guys redoing it. Nice to see that Joe's table got famous enough that others want it. That walnut is strikingly beautiful. Just a question for the company: Is it ever possible do to resin and have the wood grain feel? Or is that unstable?
Haha luckily that was not the case!
Yes, if you just do an oil based finish you'll still have the feeling of wood, it's just the polyurethane finish that takes away that feeling
This table is just as stunning the second time around! Looking forward to seeing what you do with the last bathstone walnut slab.
Thanks Chyealla! Stayed tuned! Haha
That looks great. I wonder where they got the chairs. I'm going to build my self a table soon for my large family but I have no interest in making chairs. Those do look nice.
From Etsy, not sure what shop though! He didn't know we even built chairs. Which by the way, we build chairs if you want us to make you some hahaha
That knee to the face was hilarious 🤣
for everyone but Brad 🤣🤣🤣
Awesome Dog
Agreed!!
I have to agree!
You do keep getting better!
Glad it's not just us who thinks so haha! Thank you!
I have always dreamed of having bespoke, handcrafted furniture. Some day, my dream will come true. Keep up the great work. Cheers from Vancouver.
It absolutely will 😊 Thank you 🙌
I like this one better than the Joe table! Nice work!
Wow, thanks!
Absolutely STUNNING as always, gang! YOU GUYS ROCK!
Thank you so much!
Use the panther blade on your festool track saw instead of the GP blade, that will fix your "underpowered" problem.
Where did the chairs come from they are a nice match?
He found someone on etsy to build them!
Guy narrating, are you related to selling the oc realtor?😂
This table is so beautiful. Now my question always has been when I see these types of tables what kind of chair do you add? You need a set of chairs that complement the table that fit the look but don’t distract from the table. You see a table and chairs that is a lovely set but your eye is on the table.
That’s always a tough choice! This client went with a pretty rustic set of chairs to match the feel of the lodge.
Another beautiful build. I thank you for showing us how you bring the table into the house and it's set up. I would also tend to think some LED lights placed within strategic areas on the table would really make this table pop. Have you ever been requested to place small taxidermy animals or bones in a table? Would that even work? It looked like Charlie had a little competition with that beautiful black lab. I can't wait to see more.
Thank you!
I agree, LEDs always add a nice pop to pieces like this.
We haven’t had anyone ask for that yet but I imagine we could make it work so long as the material is dry and we seal it first!
Beautiful table. The resin color is amazing with that dark wood. ❤
Thank you so much Maddie!!
I couldn’t imagine what this cost. It’s beautiful.
That is a beautiful table boys. That walnut is gorgeous
It really is! Thanks so much!
Yet another stunning table guys, I really love the midnight blue base layer
Dylan, I hope you apologised to your dad for the accidental knee to the head?!
Thanks, Derek!
I did, he was owed one 🤣
Super great🆒
Thanks Josie 😊
If i were joe, i would throw my used to be custom for me table out 😂 plus it was never a good table for tabletop games
Now I feel stupid for thinking at first that something happened to Joe’s table lol.
Superb, as always! 👍👍👍
Haha thankfully not!
Thanks so much Donavan!
❤
Mafell coming soon. Woohoo
😎😎
Oh boy..another "celebrity" client getting good stuff.
Lovely table, the wood is amazing, sad they don't leave the trees to grow to that size anymore. Why is that? Surely you still get a good crop?
Probably just for a faster production rate unfortunately, it's too bad
guys get some forearm lifting straps. They will make a huge difference.
What angle are those legs all cut at?
The way the client was walking round and inspecting the table, his face made it seem like he was going to find faults with it. Thankfully he didn't.
I thought that was Roger Clemons at first
I wish I could do this kind of work, it would be so rewarding 😒
You can start small and see where it goes from there!
@@BlackForestWoodCo too late now, for years I was an Aircraft Assembler and on the side a Professional Dog Trainer.
@@haroldcolpitts Oh wow, those are both really cool careers though!
what was the clients request for height. 30 is standard
I miss ASMR of removing the mold from the piece that you used to show in your videos. It was satisfying to see and hear it being peeled off. You should start showing all of that process again and not mute it.
27:17 Flamethrowers
Lol lemme fix your math 4 people divided by 1500 =
You hired the right help
Absolutely stunning!!! I’m building a resin table with Turkish olive wood, but there’s so many holes I have to fill. What’s the fastest way to do that?
Over pouring is the best way to save time on fills if it's for a resin table!
@@BlackForestWoodCo I over poured, and I’m on the final filling and sanding stages. I tried to seal coat it, but the air still gets trapped in all the holes :(
@@jackmiranda478 Don't worry, we've been there! It's such a tedious process. Unfortunately we don't have any other advice to give to speed it up 😔
So I just HAVE to know, is the hype for the surf prep worth it?
They’re for sure a high quality sander! Need to get some more hours with it to give a definitive answer, but so far so good.
@@BlackForestWoodCo looking forward to the update, sending love from CT!
Dude built a sacrifice table for bohemian grover
How much do something this beautiful cost? Not to tell us what he paid but an estimate of tables like this
Something like this is about $48,000 CAD!
more works of art than furniture beautiful stuff
Thank you so much!
