@@orang3096 yea, it's pretty basic, couldn't take more than $200 to make unless you wanna get fancy. just get some pipes, springs, pads with a wood back, strings, screws, smaller pipes, connectors, and a long and wide board of wood, then add in some boxing gloves for safety and to not destroy anything.

It's a good way to handle stress. And better a some types of stress than others I'd say. Martial arts and combat sports are also excellent and can be much more accessible for people less in touch with themselves and/or unwilling to admit they need help. I'm a kickboxer and I've done therapy. Both help me immensely and in different ways
