The contrast between the dark, black stained ash jams and window casings; compared to the rich brown tones of the Osmo oil finish on the door itself looks so good! Too many home owners get caught up in only having one exterior trim/window/door color or finish. Having two creates so much more visual interest and curb appeal, imho

Jaw-dropping work, phenomenal! The detail is incredible and I love the contrast with the Ash door and trim. The solid maple arch-door for $23K was one of my favorites, but this may top it! Fantastic work as always

I love everything about this door except for the size of the door knocker. It just seems too small for the grandeur of the carving circles making it look out of place. But the other hardware matches perfectly. Beautiful job on the door and carving!💕

The door is a masterpiece. How long does it take for a client to decide on doing a door like this especially with the the celtic carving? Do you get your ash from the same vender as the other woods you use? Hi Charlie!! Excellent video as always.
It depends on each client but this one went pretty smooth and there wasn't a ton of back and forth luckily. They pretty much decided what they wanted for the hand carving in an hour or so during our meeting! Thanks so much!

Im about to build a big huge church door
And im thinking make it hollow for the weight sake, something like a house frame out of wood, then put some 2 +inch thick wooden panels around it.
Stractualy is sound but im woried about condesation and creating some water inside etc., and get a problems later
