Very nice work. I’ve been a woodworker for the past 34 years and still doing it. I’m impressed with all the younger guys you have working for you. That’s great!
I'm a drummer, and one of the most amazing, special, rare, exotic and sought-after drum sets ever created was by the German company Sonor, which made a Signature series Bubinga drumset. So I've always been aware of (and in awe of) bubinga.
Here in Brazil, we have been planting and growing tree species that were almost cut to extinction hundreds of years ago. In some decades, we will be able to legally cut some trees that were no longer available.
Brilliant, hopefully you've planted them in multiple areas not near each other. You never know, forest fires, hurricanes, poachers. I love hearing what you're doing though. Great work, keep it up
This has to be one of the most stunning builds that I have ever seen. You have done some magnificent work in the past as I have stated before BFWC crew just amazes me every time with each video. Cannot wait to see what is next. Craftsmen who are afraid to show how things are put together when requested normally don't know what they are doing. Stay safe!
Thank you as always Robert! We truly appreciate all of the continued support from you. We cannot wait for our next video to come out, we are finally delivering the table to Joe Manganiello!
Crazy door. I hope no one ever replaces it, because they don't like the look. Nice job also with that multi point lock install... Really like these longer videos that show all the processes/struggles and especially cheeky commentary

So, I recently installed a huge American White Oak door, and new AWO door jamb (had to widen the house frame, cut some of the floor and carpet, smash out the old concrete door sill, and cut the plaster on 2 sides to make it fit) for a client and it took 2 full days, working by myself.. and that was after 2 days of applying the finish to the timbers.. I thought that was too long, but I feel better after watching 4 people work in this door for 2 days.. 😁 A beautiful door indeed, as is the mantle.. nice work guys 👍
I found myself on the edge of my seat after I watched the assembly of this door in your shop. Gorgeous. The Babinga mantle is proof of BFWC's artistry. Niesamowite, Lezek.
Beautiful door and the skill to figure out about how to install a door with log cabin being ur pain in the neck was awesome. U are true craftsmen in ur trade. Great job.
What an amazing door! And the attention to detail with the install is incredible. The jokers who put my solid sapele front door in ruined it and they actually had to rebuild the entire door! Incredible.

@@marynoonan6111 Yeah, the wood is very rare and incredible but the build quality is there as well. I’d bet that door is still function as it should for a long, long time!
My friend that door will probably hurt anyone willing to try anything malicious against it. It is a glorious sight to behold. Ron Swanson would be proud.
Had a buddy build a box tube and recycled slider glass greenhouse. He put the whole thing together with that double sided tape. He put some retainer clips on afterwards for storm insurance, but he was depending on the tape and glass for oceanfront stiffness. It was creepy quiet inside. It was still there the 15 years later.
Awesome to watch craftsmanship like that, and pass it onto the next gen! I can’t imagine what the cost of all that was but obviously money was not an issue!
Wow, that is amazing. What a beautiful piece of timber. Terrific job as always. Do you see what I see that the Bubinga looks very much like leather at certain angles? Installation nightmare! Thank you so much 🙌
Me too; it's beautiful isn't it
@@marynoonan6111 Yeah, the wood is very rare and incredible but the build quality is there as well.
I’d bet that door is still function as it should for a long, long time!
Did you see the locking mechanism? Looked very heavy duty
Glad you enjoyed watching the process! And yes, this is something that will last for years and years
Stunning craftsmanship!
Stunning.
Thank you!
What a journey, thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching!
Wow! Beautiful work gentleman, amazing wood for what looks to be an amazing home.
Thank you Ren!
I love seeing joinery exposed, it shows craftmanship, when its hidden it feels like it is hidden for a reason.
Beautiful job on a beautiful house. Congrats
Thanks Steve!
I make doors for a living.. I love the work that goes into this door, nice CNC too
Excellent all the way around!! Y’all rock!!
Thank you very much!
Wow, that is amazing. What a beautiful piece of timber. Terrific job as always. Do you see what I see that the Bubinga looks very much like leather at certain angles? Installation nightmare! I liked the Guy breaking off the icicle as I sit here in 35 degrees centigrade with close to 80% humidity. Thank you for sharing, always appreciate your videos. Cheers Michael
Thanks as always Michael! This was a tough one but very rewarding in the end
Master Craftsmanship by all, a real pleasure to watch. Note at 33. Latch tongue doesn’t appear to be spring releasing.
Amazing team and workmanship ! Could you share the handle electronic system used?
Insane! Such an awesome door! Good work team.
Thank you!!
Oh my! You guys make such beautiful things! That door is as much art as door.
Thank you man!
Absolutely gorgeous!
Thanks Cliff!
