I've been binging and I think this is my favourite piece of yours so far, absolutely stunning! I love how much the GL guys appreciate it, very special. GL circle. People can be so daft with their ignorance sometimes. Could it be any more obvious that the irregular shape was intentional for a reason?? 🤦♂ Congrats guys, amazing job!!
Thank you so much. This is definitely a favourite of ours because we don't get to do green much and obviously it's extra special to be able to make something like this for the people who supply us all this beautiful wood!
You surely must know that you've succeeded in business when the supplier of arguably the best slabs in the business to the best resin table builders in the business choose you for their conference table. That green is stunning! The slab is amazing, I love the legs! There's nothing about this table that I don't love! Another genuinely beautiful piece of furniture that will be stunning for generations. Congratulations guys! You've knocked another one out of the park!
I had quite a chuckle at the 11min. 12sec mark where one of the workers lifted up his shirt to the camera..LOL The underside of the table looks fab also!!
Since the table looks so good from underneath with the light passing through. Here's an idea if you can develop a lighting system to shine light from below the table upwards through the green areas of the table or other tables you make like this in the future as an option for your clients. Maybe the lights are attracted underneath some how or shine from angles from the leg base of the three table upwards. Or if in the case of a early beginning custom planned room you designed light to shine from the floor upwards for a table with alot of see through epoxy from the bottom to great effects. It would probably look amazing at night or in a darken room lit up from above and below!
Thank you so much Finn! And yes, it's so nice when we can get the client's reaction on camera and this one was especially cool because they're not just clients to us, they're also our friends! And yes, the lighting will look absolutely incredible over this piece!
Fantastic video!!! Thanks for showing us the process of building this amazing table from start to finish. Especially thanks for showing the mess up and how they are corrected. Great work from a great team. Keep it up!!!
Another stunning table guys! The ripple effect in the resin looks amazing and the view from below showing a completely different shade of green was a big surprise!
This is the most amazing table I have seen you guys do. That timber is remarkable, a truely unique piece. The support frame is different! i rather like that and it doesn't detract from the table top. Thank you for sharing, great team at BFWC, love your work, regards Michael.
once again a really beautiful, breathtaking table. also really interesting and worth seeing how experts talk about the product and emphasize their deserved mutual respect. thanks for the video, best regards from germany
Thanks for watching! Yes, it was a cool experience building and delivering a table to people we work so closely with on a normal basis! This was the first time they got to see one of our finished pieces in real life too, they usually just get to see pictures
Great work !!! Both of you make great products. I decided i wanted to do business with GL as i developed a unique cabinetry design where their veneers of exotic woods would look exceptionally beautiful.... again, great work and great products
Crazy how you mentioned the lighting at the end bc I was thinking the same thing! It's already an amazing piece. I can only imagine how it would look with more natural (yellowish) lighting! Fantastic job!
Who else would GL Veneer have chosen to do a conference table but BFWC. Great upsell for the lighting Dylan - will look for the video on that product. Stay safe.
could have made a complimentary coasters from the pieces you cut in the middle of the table with a logo stamp on it, to go with the theme. Could've been a nice extra touch, I think it could be part of all your future table constructions. Just a suggestion, otherwise loving the table :))
Are those surfboards standing against the walls? Were you able to bring Charlie on your trip? All in all, it is a beautiful table. My brother bought a red oak tree that was felled. After three years of drying, we made a bar out of it for his winery. It turned out beautiful. We took the tree to a old time steam thresher reunion. The wood was cut into slabs by an old steam powered mill. It was a blast. Can't wait for the next video.
Yes they're surfboards! No, Charlie stayed back to manage the shop while we were gone. Thank you so much! Oh wow, that sounds super cool! We'll see you in the next one!
Willow!! We had a willow tree on the farm. It was the dirtiest tree I have ever seen. It had a very gnarly trunk. Never thought to look, when we took it down, if it was burl.
Hey! I love you channel and your work! Regardless of the proper work you do, you as well have good taste in design elements as I’ve seen in your vids! Do you guys do international shipping for your products ? I would like to try them I am from Israel
What a stunning piece of wood and that you can see see the majority of the edge is absolutely fantastic ... I'm not so sure about the base, but hey I'd live with it 😁 .... had to go back and listen to you talking about comments of the ring around the GL ... it was so obvious that it was the outline of a log, how they missed that and thought it should be circular is beyond me 👍
Cam comes across like a desperate cars salesmen now days and a bad actor trying to make it in the acting business.its funny how he’s got the biggest woodworking channel on RUclips but Black Forest not even reached 400k yet and yet Black Forest are pushing out much better furniture.both charge way to much money for their tables especially cam from blacktail with his over priced tables and products he mentions every 5 min at least he’s stopped making them same old walnut and black epoxy tables now and he has finally learned how to polish resin but does N3 Nano really help I’m not so sure especially as osmo and Rubio both repel water anyway
NOoooo… I believe it’s a difference in environments. Sorry, I’m a Texan who is interjecting her opinion in this. There is always different in weather environments. As well as access to certain machinery. It’s all good for everyone!!! ❤
They talked about willow during the build and then cottonwood burl during the delivery. I assume that they know what wood they’re working with?! Honestly I don’t know now.

The green resin looks amazing. I love the ripple effect of it. The base is unusual but very practical.
Thank you so much Debbie!! 😄
Wow, I really love that green. It has depth and clarity, rare find. Super gorgeous! Perfect application for this piece of art.
Thank you so much Josie!! 😄

Make coasters from the off cuts to go with the tables.
+100! I bet these guys could make some incredible coasters!
I had quite a chuckle at the 11min. 12sec mark where one of the workers lifted up his shirt to the camera..LOL The underside of the table looks fab also!!
Spectacular green - matches Brad’s face eating oysters. Blessings!
Hahaha, it really does!

Well done team. Amazing table. And great to see the reaction of the clients at GL. Look forward to seeing it with that new lighting in place too.

You guys are simply the best! beautiful piece! Green tones definitely go with wood :) A riveting watch, the guy tripping on the foam cracked me up! 😂
BFWCo, that was well worth the wait and effort extraordinary beautiful, Art, well done guys, France.

We try to always improve!
Another stunning table guys!
The ripple effect in the resin looks amazing and the view from below showing a completely different shade of green was a big surprise!
Thanks Derek! Yes, we know it's the light from above making a huge difference but we were still surprised too!

Thanks for watching Michael!
I love the green resin. It is beautifully done!
Thank you so much! It's one of my favourite colours we have ever done!
Fellow Candian living in the Bay. Proud of you guys, keep delivering great work and catching the eye of those in the US.
Thank you so much! We will!
I have to say, I love Black Forest's business acumen.
Beautiful!
That green is a perfect complement to the warm colour of the wood!
Stunning table! A piece of art!

Yes, it made the delivery so fun with how enthused they were!
Outstanding guys! one of a kind for sure. Beautiful!
Thank you so much Tim!
You need lighting from under the table. Bonus points if it can give a shimmer effect.
It is absolutely STUNNING!
Congratulations on yet another amazing build. What a great piece of wood .
Agreed! it's stunning!
100% correct mate - that is amazingly beautiful. Well done.
Thank you 😁🙌

Stunning table.
Smashed it. I wish i can order such a table to Dubai one day.
Looks incredible guys. Bravo 👏 the colour and wood mix is perf
Thank you so much Sean! 😁
Love the table, seems like they need to level their floors or shim the base. I hope they take your advice on lighting.
Gorgeous!
Thanks so much Nick!
An absolute beauty!❤
Awesome break down and insight
Thanks Richard!
Stunning! 🥰🥰 I wonder if some subtle back lighting would show that gorgeous green that you currently only see when you lie on the floor.
Well done!
STUNNING
Thank you!!

Well they do have a lot of other woodworkers they do business with! We're so happy they chose us though!
Парни просто красавцы, очень крутые столы !!!
Cool 😎
Love to see you guys attempt a northern lights resin table. I wonder if you could WOW us with it the way you have with this one. Greatjob.
Oh wow, that's a really cool idea!
@@BlackForestWoodCo Give it a try, sounds amazing,,,Ask the guys and get their opinion!
Perfect! Love the green
Thank you so much!
As always you guys are the best

Amazing table! I just wish the resin would look like teal color from every angle. Now it looks black.
Looks great
Thanks Gordon!
You deserve them and they you. Awesome partnership
Thanks Aaron, agreed! We love this partnership!

Awesome 👍
Thank you!!
I would love a table in my den as a low setting coffee table. This is so beautiful!!!
Beautiful!!!
Thanks Doug!
Love the videos guys! Good job as always 👍
Thank you Terry!
Can you go into more detail of what you added to the BF furniture oil to make it penetrate the wood better?
Making CowTown proud!
We try!
Really nice job guys.
Thanks Fred!
I want one of those paddle boards
This was a willow in the shop but called it a cottonwood in the conference room?
Any which way, stunning!
Willow!! We had a willow tree on the farm. It was the dirtiest tree I have ever seen. It had a very gnarly trunk. Never thought to look, when we took it down, if it was burl.
Beautiful
I want to see your lightings 😅 23:15
We'll definitely be showing them in a future video!
Amazing job, thank you so much for great video
Thanks so much for watching!
What is the purpose of the two rectangular cut outs? And why couldn't they be irregular like the rest of the table.

Fantastic. Need some advice about your products. Who do I call?
Can I do that? Or does the temperature need to be higher to get the resin to kick off.
This may be the best looking table they’ve produced.
It's definitely up there for us!

GL liked the base so that's what matters! Haha, we thought it was obvious too but apparently not! Thanks for commenting!
I love how he pointed out the foam but everyone tripped over it 😂😂
Even Brad stepped on it after pointing it out hahaha
That's amazing suplyer ordered table from u) I love it ❤🎉
Thank you! We felt so lucky that they chose us to build this! Very special!
@@BlackForestWoodCo because u know what u do, and make really amazing work)
How does the CA glue harden the wood and leave it porous enough for the finish oil to penetrate? I'm a bit confused how that works.
Home run. U guys knocked it out to outer space
Thank you Alfred!!
Beautiful as always but the green is extra special 😊
I agree! It's so goregous
Two words: WICKED AWESOME !
Thanks Robert! 😁
Why do I feel there is a slight beef between Black Forest and Blacktail studio? :)
Ceramic coating money breaks friendships :P

… someone isn’t happy with their table lol
Imagine taking THIS much time to type out this message and think anyone agrees with you about Blacktail Studios 🤣🤣
I want to make a dinning room table. 50” x 100”. Can I cast my table with Black Forest resin in a room that is unheated? Say 45 degrees.
Would have been cool with lights in it
Sick!! 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you!
So I was just got to thinking, what if a pneumatic needle scaler could help take the bark off??

Willow or cottonwood?
looks legit
A true Board Room,surfs up.
Awesome as usual Dillon, Is that wood from the states? looks like something from Europe?
It's from California!
How much did they buy it for?
Still no lifting straps?
Being underneath the table makes me think of doing a smaller thin version of panels for a ceiling… just thinkin
They talked about willow during the build and then cottonwood burl during the delivery. I assume that they know what wood they’re working with?! Honestly I don’t know now.
What thinner did you use for thinning the oil?
