What is Ecrew? When I had to uproot and move to Indiana, there was a car community called Bcrew (B for Bloomington, Indiana). These guys became my family. Instead of partying on the weekends, I was working on cars- and I loved it. Since starting youtube, I have started what I call Ecrew. It's not supposed to be some childish "Logang squad." It's a community where you get to take 10min out of your day and be involved in a build, but more importantly it's a family.

FWIW, my supercharged C7 with eLSD, threw a 'service rear axle' code and traction light illuminated when I had a misfire caused by a bad spark plug wire. Quite possible those are related.
I had my C7 for three years and could never nail down my service rear axle/rear axle system off problems. The only thing I didn't try is replacing the entire eLSD lol
Changed plugs, drained the eLSD, changed the battery, double checked all connectors etc. etc. etc.
Really annoying when that code is triggered you cannot disable stability control. Otherwise, the car ran normally.
@@ClayFRocker there must be a fuse you can pull to disable it
Same thing happened to me on the ATS-V because of a bad wire hardness to the knock sensors. It would cut power and limit to 130
Not a loss. Its data. Check wiring harness, knock sensors.

North of the border we use a car starter to warm up the oil and get the seat heaters working. Edmonton Alberta Canada

Sandy’s reaction to “White Claw” was hilarious!!!
Its tempting to intercept the system calls and build a breakout box to run the car. However as a retired engineer i completely understand that the whole system is designed to work symmetrically and designed with limit states to keep the entire drive train in one piece while exposed to every kind of abuse the design team could model. I suspect that the differential is the next point of failure since the clutches are somewhat sorted now, followed by the Tremec transmissuon.
I would love to disassemble the drivetrain from clutch to wheel and put it under a microscope and see what kind of wear its exhibiting at the moment.
Without having a custom dog box with transaxle built you are doing the best you can. I suspect you are hitting limits in the software designed to keep the transmission and transaxle from dropping parts on the track.
Myself i think i would try a softer boost curve on shift and feed in boost a few milliseconds after clutch engagement.

I concur, with the wheel spin she is loosing time at the launch...I would suggest glue but she could break something...the drivetrain I do believe can survive a smoother boost curve I would suggest even going to a two stage turbo giving more boost on the top end...Chevy gave her a hint..the box has a backdoor I don't think that pig tail will work...she just need a smooth launch without wheel spin...and around the 60ft is when she could use a shot of nitrous...she could take it down to Mexico and get it up to 200 to knock off the cob webs

I have previously read that this PCM uses encryption when passing calls to subsystems, this would make a simple breakout box impossible without a decryption algorithm.
@@nedj10 What do you think about front loading...bypassing the PCM using your own box to run only the systems needed to get down the track...her own track mode settings

The transmission looks to definitely be the weak part at this point. It's even noticeably slow for a Dual-clutch. You can tell because during the passes, Emelia is visibly hitting the upshift and it takes almost like half a second for the car to actually shift gear.
Yep its just too much stress, at stock hp theyre fast af to shift...but not at 1000+

Personally I think it’s just a matter of time before holly comes up with a standalone system like they did with the hellcat it took them a few years to do it but they now have one ……. After that the ECU access code is a non issue

Here's the plan: When your at GM, find the guy that knows where they keep the codes, get him drunk, flash that beautiful smile and he'll tell you anything. Then send the dynamic S duo to break in and steal them. Simple.

I had an issue at the track test and tune running the nitrous, Pressure fine, plugs good, temps fine but at 1/2 throttle car would act up, my controller kept the juice in the bottle. Turned it all off, checked the tune no codes and it was fine. Reflashed the base tune, still crap. No top end. Parked it, then next day, I did nothing, just turned the key and took it for a ride. Ran like a beast. It happens.
