- 2/2 part Euro trip! Last day back at Nürburgring finally getting to spend the day driving an M2 and doing a taxi lap in the famous M4! Also footage from the meet and greet the night before and checking out the Apex Barn where they store most their track cars. What an amazing trip I had a lot of fun and will definitely be back again! (Next time being familiar with the track layout haha)

What is Ecrew? When I had to uproot and move to Indiana, there was a car community called Bcrew (B for Bloomington, Indiana). These guys became my family. Instead of partying on the weekends, I was working on cars- and I loved it. Since starting youtube, I have started what I call Ecrew. It's not supposed to be some childish "Logang squad." It's a community where you get to take 10min out of your day and be involved in a build, but more importantly it's a family.

I will be at the Nurburgring next year for a taxi lap for sure ! Going to drive the GP Circuit too in my car for once. Driven the ring before but not the gp. Shame the ring isn’t open in November when I’m at Spa for a track day ! Would of popped over then.

This is by far, the BEST VIDEO YOU EVER MADE!!!!!!! Having that guy direct you through the entire course was exciting and amazing to watch. It really made me feel like I was driving it. What a rush just to watch the vid, so I can imagine how it was for you to be there doing it live. I'm an adventure junky, and a marine biologist by trade, having many videos of my hand feeding 18 foot tiger sharks all over the world, but this really got my juices flowing. It's now a bucket list item. Thanks for sharing this, and I wish you guys were on the east coast, and not way out in Cali. I have a BMW E92 335i with 750whp. I am surprised you have NOT driven this most famous of all tracks on Grand Tourismo (PS3) or Forza - and memorized all the curves well in advance - but I'll be damned if I had broken the 10 min myself - you drive *so well* !
Thanks again to Misha! His famous word: "curb stone" - uttered 200+ times - he'll have to cut that down to a simple "curb" once you break the 7 min laptime to keep up :)

Now despite no sub.-7min. ;) and shocked about the endless driving instructions during laps in an APEX-car, i find this could be one of the most entertaining and fun Ring-Lap videos sofar on YT (besides maybe the recent crazy RTR Monster Mustang drift vid :P ) . Let me tell you I really enjoyed watching you on this video. I sincerely felt your joy when driving thru the carousell for the first lap. Indeed, some tears of happiness dropped over my face. That smile you couldn't erase on your face during the whole experience says it all. It reminds me when I first drove my ducati on a race track. That feeling is unforgettable. Next time, build a PC simulator and learn the track before visiting Nürburg again ;-) I'm sure you will enjoy it double.

We can hardly tune cars due to fucking TÜV, the gov hates car ppl. as their newest achievement theyre banning diesels out of the bigger citys.

It is when you are around the Nürburgring area. But in general we have to follow a lot of rules about the whole car theme. Especially modifications are hard to get legal. There is a market for parts that have permission papers but they are usualy the kind of stuff that isnt nice or cool or beneficial for performance. For example wheels. Most wheels you can put legaly on your car are heavy and/or ugly and come in almost stock sizes. Then there are wheels like work Enkei rays ssr and so on. All illegal on the road. Or you have to drive hundreds of Kilometers to get them checked by some dodgy TÜV employee and pay a premium....exhausts same problem. Most legal exhausts are very quiet and produce barely any different Sound over stock. They mostly just sound like stock but more "drowny basey". You cant build an exhaust yourself without having a hassle and paying a hefty price while still having to conform to a certain amount of dezibles, while there is a stock AMG merc beeing louder than your modded car. Then there is seats, lighting, brakes, suspension and the list goes on and on and on.
With that helmet at 30:27, Emelia reminds me of "The Great Gazoo" from the "Flintstones" cartoons. 😁
Emelia you should be very proud of yourself for doing so well on your first laps of Nurburgring.

What an instructor! He had you rolling right along. No rookies driving by his side. When is it my turn? New addition to the ol bucket list that's for sure. Time to look up my buddy over there in the military mix. It's a WOW ride. Love watching people run that track.
You did much better than alot of us probably would and yes you did have to slow down for the accident, but we still have to give rudnick credit because the instructor was the one who said himself rudnick was the faster of the group

You are missing out on the best time of the year to be back home though! Ive been watching for well over a year and a half, but for some reason I wasn't subscribed. Or RUclips, in their infinite wisdom, decided that Hoosiers can't be trusted and unsubscribed me.
But damn girl......... You're making me tense up just watching you rip this track up and make it your total bitch!!! I can't get over how LOOOOOOOONG this track is!!! It's flipping insane!!! That has got to be the absolute most fun you can have while clothed, at the same time I gotta know how exhausted you had to have been after something like that. Focusing that hard on an unfamiliar track at those speeds while trying to also focus and keep up with his instructions has my flipping head spinning and I'm just watching a video....... You're experiencing the ultimate in sensory overload. And damn does he know that track like the back of his hand or what?!?!?!?! Can't wait to see where you go from here!!
That was amazing! Finally a full lap around the Nurburgring with sound! Then you did a 2nd!!!!! Misha giving instructions was truly incredible. Forza is good but that was superior! Thank you.
Misha is insane!!! I believe he says those directions in his sleep🤣 yes, running the track on forza or gt would have given you a great idea on the track layout. You did great. Congrats to rodnock. Finally got to see your run.

I learned how to drive a road course and properly apex corners, exit speed timing, entry braking, etc….It was held at California Speedway!😎
Let me tell you, the course I drove was difficult, but nothing compared to the ring!! Emilia, your driving skills, instinct, and reaction time are impressive!

Damm I miss the Ring I haven't been on the Ring since about 1987 when I was younger and working and learning from VW, now I'm 48 years old .thank you for sharing your experience on the Ring but now I'm home sick and I only lived in Germany for 3 years and I wish that I would have stayed. Keep up the good work and stay safe
You looked really smooth on the ring, I think if you learned the track more and had an open lap you would all have really close lap times.

In the US, when novices are in attendance of driving events, they will set up brake, apex, and exit cones for guidance. Learning the track by translating oral to visual is much more difficult. Two claps.

That's so cool Emelia that's one of my dreams to drive on the nürburgring since I was little! From Gran Turismo to Forza Motorsport I've been able to virtually drive that track and it is scary but I guess that's what it makes it more attractive and fun.

Just outta curiousity, did you notice how Misha covered the camera at the location of the accident. Guess where I got the information that you shouldnt watch crash videos. It puts the track at risk of being closed if too many crash videos show up on the internet. Its easy to mock, when you dont understand.
I think it's because Misha works for Apex and since Apex works with the Nürburgring with the taxi program the Nürburgring asks the taxi companies not to talk or show crashes for what you said in your last sentence.
Misha explained in a video at one point. He said that people with a media license to film at Nürburgring will lose that license if they find out they have been filming crashes. And he also mentioned that the local goverment has tried to shut down the public access to the ring because of crashes. I dont remember it verbatim, but it was to that effect.
