Later that day the stage came past and thought these guys are slow even I went faster in an old banger. Turned out a driver died on another stage and they all declined to race, but wanted to display for the crowd. Found out the next year how fast they actually run the stage when a mk2 came through my front garden wiping out the car wall and fence. But everything was fixed within the week.
If you can´t control your car, stop trying to show off while endangering others. That´s just childish. I think it looks way more mature to leave like you don´t need the attention.

My dad took me out to a parking lot in a challenger and taught me how to do donuts, burnouts, and drifts safely and responsibly. He emphasized that if you aren’t confident you can pull it off then don’t do it because it’s not worth hurting others for your poor decisions.
