I am a little old lady and I don't care if my arms show but you can always put a tee shirt underneath if it bothers you to show them, I decided that I look like I look and if it offends you, don't look at my flabby bits. Life is too short to worry about what other people think.

We are having a heat wave. The creek has dried up. Some of my grass has died. Make one of those tops longer, with a deeper ruffle, and it would make a cool comfortable nightgown. Yes, that's a cute top for a younger. woman. Older women (like me) need sleeves in our tops. (to hide what we don't want seen).
I hope it cools off soon. Last year it got so dry I lost some trees. We are still getting intermittent rain here thankfully. I agree that making it longer and adding a long ruffle or even layered ruffles would make a cute dress or nightgown.
I'm older, too, and I'll wear this! A bit longer, maybe a few more tiers, and it's a perfect dress! If anyone is bothered by my wiggly upper arms, then they'll understand when they're older!
Thanks Sherry! It’s great! I’ve recently started upcycling, partially because I found you on You Tube, but also in the UK here we have the Sewing Bee on TV, and they do some on every show. We are having a really chilly June, I’m still wearing a vest and grabbing my hot water bottle at night! Today 13 degrees C. Normally about 19-20 degrees
Hope it warms up a bit and you find some great upcycling projects!

This is cute! Here in Ireland, it is cold (for me) and wet, as usual. We do have some sunny weather sometimes 😅
Ireland...wow..... My mom had Irish roots so I suppose that means I do too..ha ha. Sounds like the tutorial would work better for you if it was made out of flannel and lengthened considerably with flannel gathered panels and add a cup of hot chocolate.

I can't seem to get in to discord. It says the email address is already registered, but when I requested a password reset, it hasn't come. I've never used it and I admit I'm a little intimidated that the name discord means that there's a lot of drama.
