Matcha Boba Latte ☆ タピオカ抹茶ラテの作り方

Ingredients:
50g black tapioca pearls
15g sweetener
150ml almond milk (or any kind of vegan milk you like)
4g matcha
60ml hot water (85C/185F)
Instructions:
1. boil black tapioca pearls for about 60 minutes, then drain and rinse.
2. put tapioca pearls, almond milk and sweetener into a glass cup.
3. sift matcha and add hot water.
4. whisk matcha.
5. pour the matcha into the glass.
6. Enjoy!

抹茶 4g
お湯 60ml（85℃くらい）
「作り方」
１、ブラックタピオカを１時間ほど茹で、水切りして水に浸けておきます。
２、ブラックタピオカ、甘味料、アーモンドミルクをコップに入れます。
３、抹茶を篩い、お湯を加えます。
４、抹茶を点てます。
５、エンジョイジョーーーーーーイ！

I used to work at a boba tea shop, and this is exactly how we used to make this, but we used just regular milk or wheat milk instead of almond, tastes great! 😋
What kind of sweetener did you put in the Pearl's? Honey? Syrup? Can condensed milk work?

Oh my gosh, Japanese almond milk is soooo delicious. It is creamy and actually tastes like fresh almonds. And wow, that matcha is beautiful. So vibrant. I bet this was amazing.
I love making matcha by hand with the proper whisk and bowl I have. It comes out so smooth and soft it's like drinking clouds sometimes as long as I can buy the high quality matcha 😂❤️

粉をふるいにかけるのではなく、ほぐしてからお湯を注ぐといいですよ！また、点てるときは、素早く点てるのではなく、ほどよいテンポで点てるのがコツです。
（早く点てると渋味さが強くなりやすいです。）
茶道を10年ほどやってますが、綺麗にできましたね✨
茶筅の動かし方が早く綺麗に泡がたてれてて、細かくできてるので初めから出来るのは、センスがあると思います✨

Looks great. I would probably swap the almond milk with coconut milk though, but I haven't had that kind, maybe it's better than ones I've had.
I made my matcha buttle tea with heapwell matcha and it was excellent.
this is an art. i must say i will follow your way to make, temperature here is 35 , i imagine myself in kyoto , wanted to go there see, no chance, want to see the red and yellow leaves drinking this , eating kyoto cakes or others thing.
