- Today I will show you 5 different ways to enjoy matcha, these matcha drinks are delicious and simple recipes you can easily try at home.

🍵 Frothy Matcha Latte
Matcha powder 3g
Maple syrup 15g
Water 35g
Barista oat milk 150g
1. Pass the matcha powder through a sieve, and then mix with water and maple syrup.
2. Warm up the oat milk in a small pot, then blend with a hand mixer until frothy.
3. Pour half of the oat milk into the matcha mixture, blend again with hand mixer, then add in the rest of the oat milk.
🍵 Matcha Sunset Mocktail
Mango juice 150g
Maple syrup 15g
Sparkling water
Ice
Matcha powder 3g
Warm water 50g
1. Mix mango juice and maple syrup together, and pour into a serving glass. Add icd and sparkling water until the glass is 2/3 full.
2. Pass the matcha powder through a sieve, and then mix with water with a whisk, before adding it on top of the mango juice mixture.
🍵 Strawberry Matcha Smoothie
Strawberries 120g
Frozen banana 65g
Oat milk 180g
Matcha powder 4g
Maple syrup 15g
1. Mash the diced strawberries with a fork, then pouring it into a tall glass.
2. Add frozen banana, oat milk, matcha powder and maple syrup into the blender, and blend until smooth, then pour the mixture into the glass.
🍵 Dalgona Matcha
Matcha powder 3g
Water 50g
Oatly creamy oat 50g
Maple syrup 15g
Plant-based milk 150g
Ice
1. Pass the matcha powder through a sieve, and then mix with water, Oatly creamy oat and maple syrup with a hand mixer.
2. Add plant-based milk (I used oat milk) and ice in the serving glass, and then top it up with the matcha mixture made in step 1.
🍵 Matcha Grape Mocktail
Matcha powder 3g
Water 50g
Grapes 150g
Ice
1. Pass the matcha powder through a sieve, and then mix with water with a whisk.
2. Blend the grapes in a blender until they are broken down(add a bit water if needed), add ice and blend again until smooth, pour the mixture into a glass, and add matcha on top.

for making matcha lattle, i highly suggest mixing matcha with hot milk instead of water. It gives a way creamier consistency and the milk creates a lot more froth!
It takes away a lot of health benefits this way sadly! :(
@@nourachakroun431 why? The milk is not boiling its just hot. Yeah milk has more calories than water but that's natural and you need calcium and health benefits of milk. You won't drink it every meal every day
@@Pavme it’s the same reason why you don’t take milk and medicines. Calcium coats the stomach and causes malabsorption of the nutrients. In fact, everyrime you take antibiotics for complicated infections they will tell you to not take it with milk. In the case of multiple antibiotics for MRSA you can’t even drink milk throughout the day as you go through the treatment.

But won't milk in the matcha latte still remove some nutrition? Also how do I make water matcha taste good? I tried to make it and it tasted so bad
@@Pavme I do use milk myself but that’s because I prefer it. I take a shot of matcha without milk every other day. And some with milk. Though I do mix it with water first. But yeah this is important to know for medication such as those pesky sulfa antibiotics and doxycline. It’s not going to remove all of it. Just some of the effect. I also prefer coconut or oat milk but that’s just me.

The Strawberry n Matcha looked so refreshing 🍃🫖 🍓 I also liked the Dalgona with the Oat “Cream”. I’m gonna try both... I think adding Lychee Nuts somehow might also be a good addition to Matcha…

Hi love this video! For the Dalgona Matcha, what brand of oat cream did you use and what brand is your whisk/ where did you get it from? How long did you have to whisk it for? I’ve tried making it but it does not come out as thick and creamy as yours

That would probably work, but you’d want to add more sweetener, as mangos are MUCH sweeter than passion fruit. I have matcha lemonade in the summer, and now I’m inspired to add passion fruit!
