Peter Leoh I wanted to thank you for your 31 years of service. You and your captains are greatly apreciated for your unrelenting standards for safety and security. You have done so well for the airline and the 747, and you and the 747 will be missed, since you two contributed greatly to the greatness that is Singapore Airlines.
Such a well-spoken gentleman. These pilots are all of a totally different class of people. They are cut from a different cloth all together. Much respect to you sir for your skill and for the incredible responsibility that you have shouldered for the thousands and thousands of lives over the years.
You can tell the joy and pride that he has when flying this beauty. It would've been awesome if he had flown the 77W, but 747 captains are a proud bunch of individuals that are a force to be reckoned with.
Peter Leo, thank you for sharing. Had the opportunity to fly to Singapore via the Singapore Airlines 747 and return years ago Singapore Airlines is still the premier class act in my book. Always will be a huge fan of Boeing 747s. All my life the 747 was always the technical marvel. Now being airlines are and have retired the 747, I am glad for you your career was primarily on the 747 and my generation of avgeek globetrekkers was able to live history with such a magnificent compliment to aviation history. Singapore Airlines has such a trademark brand that facilitates elegant first class service even if you fly coach. A compliment airlines copied your level of service and airports have copied Singapore Changi level of service. Enjoyed my visit to Singapore. Remembered fondly thanks to Singapore Airlines and Singapore Changi Airport.
Great airline-great pilot! Used to fly SQ on a regular basis when living in Asia. Got to know Maurice de Vas and Tony Tan (RIP) from SQ and enjoyed talking planes with them. Look forward to my next trip on SQ soon. Wish Mr.Leoh much happiness in your retirement.
I remember Peter Pilot (oops he doesnt know some of us called him that 🤗) sharing with me how he started back in the days of MSA and on a few flights in Sarawak he had a passenger bringing his prized fighting cockerel onboard to a cockfighting destination. He suggested to the fella not to schedule the fight immediately upon arrival as the cockerel may still be airsick. I think the fella stopped losing after that!
How do I contact Capt Peter Leo now that he is retired. .I live in Perth Australia n would like to catch-up Hope he is well now that Covid is over. Please help me get in touch with him. Thanks Rukshana

You got your scholarship through sheer skill. Luck had nothing to do with it. Well done Commander Leo.
Emotional bonding of machine and a human. 31 years of love can be seen on his face.
Retired with his Plane, that's the most awsome thing ever
Some of my favorite trips running from JFK to Singapore . Such a nice ride.
Such a well-spoken gentleman.

Fun fact: Singapore Airlines is currently stil operating their 747 today, but in cargo services
16 tons of gold? That plane would have dropped off the radar if i was the pilot.
...and how would have you carted away 16 tons?
Forever the queen of skies.. White elephant A380 aint no match to the queen..
A380 is an ugly plane. My 2 favourite planes are 747 and AN225 (makes everything look small)

Hello Singapore Airlines I Want To Booking Singapore Airlines Boeing 747-400 Flight Ticket For My Family Go Back To Singapore
That can only happen in your dreams.
It's 2017 now, there are only cargo 747's left in the SIA fleet, so if you book they'll be flying either a Triple 7, A350 or A330
a380 also
+Tiger ezpi correct, forgot about that ugly one🤔😬
HAHAHAHA xD
:'(
You feel superiority? Great the A380 shrinked you lol!! Farewell pilot!
And what have you contributed to aviation Andrew? That is a question easily answered, NOTHING!
That will never happen .the Queen of the sky will always be the Queen .
crazy indie hacks the cockpits aren’t
and then the AN225 says beat it midget you are blocking my way
