    Ingredients and instructions/process to follow
    6 cups of flour
    6 teaspoons of baking powder
    A pinch of salt
    Mix together or stir
Then add 300g of Rama to the mixture (flour) and mix till bread like crumbs start forming
Then in a separate bowl mix the following
1 cup of sugar ( you can use more if you’re a fan)
    3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence then mix
Then add 1 1/2 cups of amasi
    Then mix
Thereafter gradually add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix
Your dough must not be too soft or runny
Then sprinkle flour on a clean surface and place the dough
Then sprinkle some flour on top of the dough and knead
Then cover with cling wrap and store in the fridge for 30 minutes (this is optional)
Then bring it out and lay it out on a flour sprinkled surface and sprinkle some on top, then cut and place on baking tray (you’ll need to grease your baking tray with some margarine) and slightly grease the top of your dough with the egg mixture

How long must I keep the scones in the oven for?

    • @Enlightened_Eatery
      @Enlightened_Eatery  Год назад +1

My oven was preheat at 200 degrees and you can bake for 12-15 minutes ( the top of the scone should be golden / golden brown)
