    One correction in the video - At 0:16, the weight of McAloo Tikki Burger has to be 60 grams instead of 163 grams. As per McDonald's chart, one McAloo Tikki Burger weighing 146 grams makes up 353 calories. So, 60 grams of McAloo Tikki Burger, or roughly half a burger will make up 150 calories.

      Have a general idea about calories but please do not swap food for cucumbers, eat everything in limit once in blue moon gulag jamun is okay (i personally absolutely hate gulab jamun so I’m saying this from strictly scientific point of view)

    The key to lean fit body is to eat everything moderately and daily workout for atleast half an hr a day either it be walking or yoga...and be active...

      No way I'd been in a Calorie deficit for about 2 months and Hit gym daily with 20 min cardio and 1 hr Muscle workout and still see no difference.

    Sooo wrong. Pls don't misguide people. In that much chicken biriyani from restaurant, calories from just oil/ghee/vanaspati will be more than 150. Also in the case of aloo paratha calories from fat is not considered at all.

    no way the aalo tikki burger is gonna be THAT much!... 1 serving (75 g) is about 350 calories on the official mcD. 1 burger is 120 grams, that makes calories in 1 aloo tikki over 650 calories!! Its highly unhealthy!
    They have so cleverly written 1 serving on the website, 1 serving is about half a burger guys. this can potentially hinder weightloss journey of so many people

    In what world 1.5 McAloo tikki burger has same calories as that of 0.5 aloo paratha? You mean 6 McAloo Tikki is equal to 2 Aloo Parathas?? Seems very flawed.

    Miscalculation:
    1 McAloo tikki is 400 cals.
    All other food are miscalculated in the range of atleast 5% to 20%.
    If your goal is to lose weight, this miscalculated difference gonna cost you so please do note that. 🤝

    I think for refined oil its wrong, 1 table spoon is 120 kcal, even though his spoon is small its definitely double in total quantity

    Sadly no where near enough protein in most Indian food to maintain a healthy amount of muscle mass. A lot of great food that I incorporate into my diet when I need carbs though.

      You aren't adding any calories to rice while boiling (unless you add oil to it). So it should be the same as steamed rice

    Food is more than calories. Apps like this can potentially give people eating disorders. I seriously suggest you guys to follpw Rujuta Diwekar when it comes to food and health.
