Miscalculation: 1 McAloo tikki is 400 cals. All other food are miscalculated in the range of atleast 5% to 20%. If your goal is to lose weight, this miscalculated difference gonna cost you so please do note that. 🤝
I actually think that we can eat tasty food without many calories, it’s more about the portions we can have big meals if we eat everything a little bit
Sadly no where near enough protein in most Indian food to maintain a healthy amount of muscle mass. A lot of great food that I incorporate into my diet when I need carbs though.

No way I'd been in a Calorie deficit for about 2 months and Hit gym daily with 20 min cardio and 1 hr Muscle workout and still see no difference.
