Hey man… I live down the bottom of Washington near Vancouver bought a couple of Vsett 9+s about a year ago and my wife and I take them down to Long Beach discovery Trail. You have great congruency with your videos. They are both informational and entertaining. Keep doing what you’re doing bro… Your channel is growing. Great job.!!
Wonderful! I was going to comment again on the last video and ask if you were going to go into field weakening and the science behind the “magic” your content has always been excellent, but recently you have really been stepping it up! Keep it up Ryan!
Still haven't turned that function on yet, but definitely plan to now that we have at least 1 ride video out. Just didn't want to blow the controllers before I was able to film some degree of insanity with it.
Impressive, very impressive speed I would definitely purchase a helmet before going out with those speeds. I love those speeds right there safely without burning up the board you guys did a good job.
I am impressed. I have been struggling for years trying to adjust disc brakes with no success. This build is next level. Faster than my InMotion hill climber (but I wonder about the torque).
Can I just buy yoursss?! 😩 I'm not nerdy enough to do all that without something catching on fire 🤣 I installed the external battery and I thought it was rocket science lol
New watcher of your channel would love it if you saved your live streams for people to watch after the fact and if you shipped outside of the US I'd love to support you for the great content you provide
How can i make it faster and better by using firmware? I'm thinking about getting x1 72v 3000w build for my e scooter. I would want to make it as optimized as possible.
Just wondering if you know where I can get any spare parts for a unagi scooter by any chance it would be very helpful I just come across this video and so far it's really interesting
How are you running 72v to stock 36v max controllers? They tolerate the voltage? I thought they had 63v caps ? You left that out of the video..clarify so people don’t hook 72v to stock controller. Thx

Keep the g1. If you have the G2 then you have to put the G1 controllers into it to be able to modify the firmware. Only the G1 controller firmware can be modified.
hows this holding up? im planning on doing similar modifications instead of dropping another 1500$ on a new dual motor scooter edit: fatmax motors are out of stock :( maybe I can use another motor? ive seen people use the vsett dual motors
Great video. I have the Max G2 100% stock I was thinking something was wrong with my motor because it seems so loud but then I heard these FatMax's and they are just as loud! What makes them so loud (comparing to my wife&Kids have Hiboys and they are sooooo quiet).
Hard to say exactly. It could be the frequency of the phase pulses. It could be the size of the stators. If you think this scooter is loud you should look up some videos of the wolf warrior 11 Plus !
@@GingerOnWheels Thanks for the response.. Yeah funny, I guess I didn't think electric scoots would be loud like that...shows what I know lol.. Good job on making videos! I was recently thinking of creating content with what I do (dumpster rentals and Demolition) it gets pretty crazy sometimes...I think I would have some good content. But I would need to hire a pro like you to video and edit :) GOOD WORK BTW!
definitely cool but never really understood why people do this, by the time it’s all said and done you could have just gotten a something that was designed to handle what you are upgrading for cheaper, either way awesome video
Eh everyone has their reasons, I personally upgraded my ninebot max due to its water resistance and portability. Most "performance" scooters are big, heavy, and lack proper water resistance. Upgrading a ninebot max allows you to have the ultimate commuter. A scooter thats fast af, small enough to bring into places with you (prevents theft), and something that can be ridden in virtually any weather. I haven't been able to find a single scooter that matches that criteria straight from the store. Although, if I didn't need portability and weather resistance I 100% would have just gotten a vsette 10+ or Wolf warrior
Awesome build! Can we get some GT1 upgrades, it's a great scooter but struggles on hills with my 210 lbs, OH, and what the hell is that clunking sound coming from the front suspension?

I would definitely love to learn some tips to make my Jetson j5 electric bike 🚲 go faster with a better battery upgrade, but I can’t find a battery. It’s not in my budget. I can’t afford a battery at least not a good one. Do you guys help?36 v 20ah lithium ion rechargeable battery for my upgrade for my Jetson electric bike? Please reply I’m really struggling looking for something in the New York City areas and it’s just way expensive for me at the time and I need longer range any advice?
You can reach out to any one of the hundreds of manufacturers of batteries on AliExpress. I'll bet you they have a pre-built one though that you could strap right into a pizza bag on the back of your seat or in your frame. You just hook it up in parallel. Make sure you charge them both at the same time.
They don't use the stock controller. This could do that too if we threw dual 150amp controllers in it. But at that point all you're using is the outer Ninebot frame.
Were waiting to see there G2 :p this is 1 of 1, wont find another G2 like it. We can put 250a dual controllers in it next :p, we've already had those running in the Ninebot first (we were the first to trial Rion controllers in the max when we were beta testing them with Rion) it's just not plug and play, more of an advanced setup. This was just the start :p
What I find hard to understand is that how Mr Ginger after riding EUC’s for a few years even remotely stays interested in scooters . Riding scooters makes men look like boys.

Will do! I'm on vacation right now but I'm hoping to get this scooter up to 50 mph when I get back. All we have to do is turn on field weakening.

Not from just plugging it in, everything is protected via the battery management system
