Hey I wired everything correctly but I was testing it and turned off the scooter well it was at full throttle then then it stoped moving what should I do? PLEASE HELP ME

Hey good work figuring it all out 👍👍 at min 11:30 wen Yu open battery, I used voltmeter on B or P +/- to find 12volts constant ,solder on wires , and delete the step converter$,😮, LMK
lol yea u can do that to just be careful not to cause a short by exposed wire making contact with battery casing that’ll cause your BMS to lock up and have an error code. If that happens, then you would have to do a BMS reset.its works ! Try it just add you some on/off switch’s
This will cause a battery imbalance with certain cells and cause your range to lower because the bms is passive not active so you loose capacity.
Hello whe i have bypass the bms i have make a short circuito but with voltmeter give me 36 volt how i see if the bms Lock
@@MicheleBrussino-jl2ys if you connect battery like @pjscootermods does and it don't have power use your multimeter to find where power stops at, I think PCB way, has a BMS board for this style battery im still looking👀
Regarding the battery bypass, ive used p+ to b+ and Ive found that if you have a battery under 40v going + and - on the other side you can find more voltage. What is the difference? Both of these ways work for me but I’m interested in finding out the details of what is actually going on.
Hey when i did the bms bypass i am only getting 15.6v. Would the gage of the wire use for the bypass be making it be so low?

I have what I think is a bird zero and I'm trying to convert it a lot of the stuff on your videos is for other birds and I'm wondering do I have to get a new controller box throttle or a new motherboard display or motherboard? Can I just use original stuff that's already on the scooter other than being able to start it with a button obviously or do I need to buy and what do I need to buy

the thick red u call key on controller isnt that main positive and the thinner red one is the keyswitch

Seems like you know a lot about electrician which right now I wish that was part of my gift. I’m trying to reprogram my Jason electric bike. I got the new version of the Jetson. J5 Think they came out last year 2023 it’s only going 15. I’m trying to reprogram it using whatever technique Arduino board whatever I’m ready to write some code and I don’t know how to program my electric bike because I’m waiting for my parts to come from my upgrade, but I know that I know there’s a way I can without ruining my bike because it’s just on restricted to 19 miles an hour that’s it and that’s all I really wanted for now. If you have any advice, please you have been. The only person has ran through the wires like that. You knew exactly what to do how to do it, do I need to take my controller apart and find the Learning wire I want to take a risk with the shunt even though I don’t think it’s gonna do much it’s either put a little torque or with those control is you you’ll burn them all maybe have some secret if you get up with some kind of way where I could just you know

Hey,have u tried getting the voltage for the lights from the boards.?the headlights has 6 volts on the back if it.theres a coupl 5 to 8 volt spots that aren't being used I'll update when I try it later today.

Just check ur board you'll have something u can use.
I had to put a battery from a lime 3.0 on mine bc the bird battery was drained too low couldn't be revived so I took it apart and those batterys can be used for all kinds of stuff.
can you attach a 3 speed switch to this controller? And how do you turn off the system without an lcd screen
Is the controller you are using supports three speed then, yes, we can absolutely connect a switch to it . And depending if you have a controller with a display kit already you can power your scooter on and off up top through the display. it has a on and off button , and a few other buttons to make adjustments.. if you are just buying a controller by itself, then you would need to add a kill switch to kill all power.
