Na skysa with animation packs beats out cgo. And you can get the grip change without cgo now, if thats the defining point. But anyways this new mod replaces four or five mods I currently use to have this same effect.

Hopefully in just 2 years - if you count Skyblivion. But I'd rather wait 2 years for old/new experience than wait forever for something that might be some sad, paid caricature of the game series I've loved for yonks.

This is definitely cool, but I'm one of those weirdos that likes to play first person. It never ceases to amazing me what the fanbase has done for this game.
Elder scrolls games always play better in first person. Although, after playing Skyrim for the 10th time, its nice for it to feel a little different.
I jump back and forward in perspectives, first person for bows/magic, third person for melee combat

@@Koubitz do you know any mod like this, but make the movement like fallout 4, free when weapons are holstered, but fixed when weapons are held. Without the lock-on, for me that I play on the extra hotkey controller is a problem, but if I just deactivate it in the menu it makes it impossible to walk backwards pointing the weapon at the enemy.

You are the most lovely youtuber/streamer I know Koubits, just so you know x) I wasn't sure I wanted to try out the mod because its not compatible with enhanced camera thing (you know the mod which changes the camera when you talk to a npc) and I just love that mod but in the end you made me change my opinion ^^

I'm not sure if she mentioned this but I will for you. This mod unlocks the movement into something like the demon souls remake for example, meaning it's 360 movement in all situations. I also recommend checking out the glider mod and some camera mods

@@neckrohs You have to set a button for the lock on through the MCM.
@@neckrohs Set a button and then I also recommend using either the scroll wheel or binding 2 buttons for changing lock-on targets. The default I think is using mouse look to switch targets and it doesn't work well that way.

Great vid! Did you need to take any extra steps to make this mod play nice with CGO? (settings, load order, etc.)
My love hate relationship with Lydia. Sometimes she's best girl that I marry, sometimes she's worst girl that I kill because she got stuck on an object while I was getting my ass kicked.
This mod has resurrected my Skyrim. You can download hundreds of mods for more immersion or to fix developer laziness or to flesh out parts of the game - you can spend months slowly building the perfect Skyrim, the way the game *should’ve* been, but at the end of the day the movement and combat will always feel a decade old. TDM makes *the gameplay itself* fun, not just the world. Skyrim is an action RPG again!

I get the enemy in front of my character when I lock on so I can't see it. How do you get the camera to be above the character?
Combine with the Smoothcam mod (I use "Modern Preset for Smoothcam" because it's way too complicated to set up from scratch) and then tweak angles etc. in the Mod Config Menu.

But this mod looks incredible. Finally, a mod that makes Skyrim play like a real game, and not whatever Todd could slap together at 4:52 in the morning wasted out of his mind.
This mod kinda reminds me of greedfall.
This mod is a bit janky at times, but still the best 360 degree movement mod I've used so far.

Man I remember that game! I loved playing that on the old 64. I was only 8 so I did alot of riding around on horseback cuz there weren't many games back then that had that. Plus just playing different notes on the ocarina. Fun times!

There's enough quest mods, locations, and "dlc sized mods" on nexus alone (Nevermind other places especially japanese sites) to make 50 new elder scrolls games and that is likely a huge underestimation. Vigilant, and cairnstone tower being some of my personal favorites.

Can I play the full story with combat mods like in this video? I have never played Skyrim more than a few hours, as I don't really like first person games, I feel that they are pretty clunky compared to third person, but at same time, vanilla third person is even worse than first person lol.
So I would love to play this game as content-wise it's pretty amazing, with a combat like this video
But how viable is it indoors?
