I love this list. Finally, someone who doesn't make the game look like an anime Japanese RPG. If I had one critique to offer for your video, it would be that the mods aren't categorized in section. I think it would help a lot if you categorized them in the video so all the similar mods are together. Like all the graphics mods could be together like EMB's and texture mods. And then have all the administrative mods like mod managers and load order mods together. It would make finding what I'm trying to find a bit easier. Otherwise, I love this list and think it's a great balance of good mods.
ive watched a lot of mod videos, I don't think I've ever laughed as hard as I did watching this one with your little "outbursts" lol. i felt every rage as if it were my own. loved it. 10/10.
One more mod I would add to this list for sure (besides preferred quest mods/armor mods): Honed Metal. It's a mod that allows you to hire blacksmiths, enchanters to make and upgrade things for you at a significant price, with variable pricing depending on rarity and supplies provided. And of course, a maxed out crafter player will still be better. Nonetheless, the mod allows you to NOT go into crafting if you wish not to.
You can also make the prices significantly lower, BUT not way too low with speech enhancing enchanted gear. And you can make the npc's hit the 200 smithing/enchanting level, so when your modded eng game comes with health sponges, you can still keep up with them. I personally just got a mod to disable levelling up the world in skyrim and keep myself at level 1 with no perks for me to get. Makes overpowered gear more balanced.
Nice mod list. I would also recommend Holidays mod which adds some Elder Scrolls universe culture to the game and interesting events so that the people of skyrim have their own specific celebrations beside their boring daily program.
ok, i know this may sound extra but after applying some of the visual mods, plus a few extra to make up for the fact that my pc cant afford an enb, i actually almost teared up at how beautiful the world was, skyrim has been my all time favorite game for years and i always wanted to make look and play wonderfully with a ton of new features and this list acomplishes that perfectly so ....... thank You!!
Thanks for the time put into this video. My last modded playthrough of Skyrim was at least 4 years ago, so I'm going for it again and I wanted some of the newer mods. A lot of mods represented here and your presentation is clean and simple. Thanks.
As somebody who has normally chosen to find all my mods myself, I was surprised at the quality of this mod list. Most of them, I already had, and the others I didn’t complimented well! Thank you for this video!
I’m surprised you don’t have more subscribers, this video is helpful, funny, and as someone who does a lot of work with voice actors nowadays I can say your mic is significantly better than a lot of Skyrim RUclipsrs and you really are quite well-spoken!
These videos are always such a treat. I especially appreciate your point of view on these because we have very similar taste in the version of skyrim we like. Great list and hilariously good editing! :)
This is the first video I’ve ever seen from you and I just wanted to say I love your energy and editing. Also thanks the video was short(for how much you covered) and very helpful.
Bruh those funny cut outs are hilarious! I love how the mods don't seem to clash or break skyrims immersion as well, even if i play like a crackhead lol
This was a great list, and I'm definitely going to take some for my own load order! Also, I think it should be noted that Beyond Skyrim: Bruma isn't just a quest mod, but a whole New Lands mod that serves as a demo for a much larger mod seeking to expand the game into Cyrodiil, and is part of a larger project known as Beyond Skyrim that seeks to bring us to every corner of Tamriel, and even some locations outside of it.
Was never really that interested in PC gaming then I discovered VR. It's a whole different experience when you it seems like you are actually there. Loved it on PlayStation but when I finally managed to get a decent PC, and installed mods wow!

@@MtpMuzik It's so much better. You are going to totally love it. Better graphics but a lot smoother too. So many more options and if you don't mind tinkering a little there's mods too? If you enjoy tinkering then the possibilities are endless.
Amazing video! One complaint. If youtube even allows it with so many mods, dividing the timeline into those visual sections would help keep track of which mod changed what. Will be installing most of these ^_^

Managed to come by your channel by chance, so glad I did this is by far the best mod list I have come across, you've changed my Skyrim forever. Thank You
Firstly, you're so genuinely funny. I love your style of editing. I also love the modlist you chose! Secondly, may I ask what kinda computer specs y'all have if you guys can run stuff like this? What would people's minimum recommendations be? My laptop is dying and I'm gonna get my first gaming PC soon and I'd love to play Skyrim like this, but idk what's required / what would be overkill :')
overkill is always best, but i suppose for a reference point i run a 3070ti, i9 10850k and 32gb of ram, and the only difference between this list and my own is i have the frame rate and refresh uncap mod, and run at 144fps and refresh rate with 0 hiccups. overkill? i dunno, but id rather it be than not enough haha.
The diseases in iNeed and Last Seed might synergize with the Chalice of Tears perk from Ordinator's Restoration tree. It makes your Restoration stronger if you're suffering from a disease. I play as a werewolf so I don't normally pick that one up.
I was missing archery gameplay overhaul and ordinator from your list. Omg thank you. This makes skyrim even more amazing! ❤️ Also added realistic water 2. Breathtaking.
Just found this mod list and your channel, amazing, I recommend replacing Amazing Follower Tweaks with Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks, its more updated and will replace the other one entirely while also having more immersive dialogue choices!
You should add Hunterborn and Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul too. Hunterborn adds new features like skinning, harvesting ingredients, butchering meat while CACO adds new ingredients and recipes. Note: There is also Wintersun (?) which adds more gods to the game, a new praying feature, and earning favors with different gods in order to gain bonuses.
Hey this is the best video I have seen so far for modding Skyrim. I just got back from the game after years of pure vanilla playthroughs. I highly recommend adding chapters to your content though :)
Omg I've been using mods for 3 days and crashed my computer (brand new) twice. This was so helpful. I originally has Skyrim AE On switch and only have SE on steam, but the quest that are just annoying that you have to do is insane. Thanks fam!
AAAAWWWW YEEEAAAHHH!!! I had been looking for these mods for a week for several hours a day and thanks to this video that is from 1 year ago I was able to find them. thx thx thx a lot!! Now I can go back to Skyrim that I haven't played for months.
Haven't even tried Anniversary edition yet for fear of breaking my list before posting this video! I hope SKSE has been updated and besides that I'm not sure yet!
Pretty much all mods that have a skse plugin are broken right now in AE, that's probably more than half of this modlist.. But like mentioned above you can downgrade the patch and still enjoy the new content with old mods. Some of the mod authors have quit the skyrim modding scene completely so not much point in waiting for them to rewrite those essential skse plugins for AE.
@@fazaani88 SKSE was updated for AE before AE was released, the guys over at SKSE got early access to update SKSE for AE! Grab the new version of SKSE and the only issues you should have are if the Creation Club stuff conflicts with a mod you've got - like location overlap.
@@Koubitz For all of you worried about updating, there is a mod called "Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Downgrade Patcher", you can upgrade to AE and then patch the game with this patcher which will downgrade the executable and patch the required files to let it functioning as a Special edition version (all mods compatible, SE SKSE version) and at the same time having all the new content from AE., I'm using it right now and so far no problems.
thank you soooo much this helped alot with everything iv ever wanted for mods XD and amazing video that actually showed the mods in action along with all the funny moments lmao
Still waiting for that one perfect mod that allows members of factions that I am the leader of to finally respect me accordingly as well as guards when I am thane or known dragon born or an infamous assassin known to be feared. No more death threats or backsas from my subordinates and I can give them an order for them to follow that is lore friendly and pertaining to the faction which will bring in more wealth, goods and cattle to feed on when I kill the ones in harkons castle. :)
great stuff! can't believe you don't have millions of subs already, you're hecking hilarious. I also appreciate the quality editing and that my ears are not bleeding whenever you're ragin :)
i love the editing on this video! btw you could try making a collection on nexus when its out possibly? or wabbajack or something, would be way more convenient.
Your modlist is comparable to mine, but i would substitute some mods. There are a few outdated mods on your list or mods i would substitute: Campfire -> Campsite Ordinator -> Vokrii or Adamant Vivid Weathers -> Azurite or Cathedral weather Wet and Cold -> R.A.S.S. Immersive Armors & Immersive Weapons -> Any weapon or armor set created in the last 2 years (IA & IW are really outdated) Unique Uniques -> ArteFakes and/or Reliquary of Myth Paarthurnax Dilemma -> Paarthurnax quest expansion Immersive Patrols -> Immersive World Encounters SE Frostfall & iNeed -> Sunhelm Joy of Perspective -> Improved Camera (IC has no patch hell unlike JoP) No Snow Under The Roof -> Simplicity of snow I would also recommend checking the mods of either Simonmagus or Enaisaion for some more enhanced of Skyrim systems i don't see in the modlist, but that's just my opinion.
Gotta disagree on Volkrii or Adamant, at least for those who want to play as a Bard. I've used all 3 and Ordinator is literally the only one that gives you performance based perks. The others really only give you more bribery/intimidation/persuasion/bartering perks.
I've used quite a few of these, and especially love the Paarthurnax Dilemma (that is, whenever I bother with the main storyline anymore). He's one of the coolest characters in the entire game, while Delphine is a self-righteous imbecile, who's insufferably annoying. Seriously, Baurus, Steffan, Caroline, Jena, and all the other awesome Blades from Oblivion would roll in their collective graves if they knew who their successor was 200 years into the future. Okay to be fair, Jauffre was a total buffoon who left the Amulet of Kings in a sock drawer, but at least he wasn't as unlikeable as Delphine.
I wish there was a mod where you can just beat the crap out of dolphins and esbern and retake the temple. Then you'd be able to recruit blades yourself anyway.
@@visualstoryboard1406 agreed. Best you can do is make Delphine and Esbern "non-essential" and then murder them. I would also choose new digs. Skyhaven Temple is a depressing dump in serious need of some windows and redecorating!
Hey, thanks so much for putting this mod list in!!! This is definitely gonna make my modded playthroughs fun. Your voice also reminds me of SuperButterBuns!
I just run LOOT to sort my mods, nothing special! But maybe I should update the description with numbers next to the mods indicating their load order position. Thanks for the idea!
THAT is a list full of quality content! I do wonder - have you ever tested the Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul? I think the mod adds a lot of immersion and is generally pretty cool, as you can craft bombs and bandages with antiseptics to heal the wounds! I noticed the mod doesn't get as much attention in the community as it deserves so I just wanted to recommend it :)
One of my favorite sounds in all the World is the sound of Koubitz laughing... ...especially when she completely breaks and laughs so hard she has trouble breathing... :D

overkill is always best, but i suppose for a reference point i run a 3070ti, i9 10850k and 32gb of ram, and the only difference between this list and my own is i have the frame rate and refresh uncap mod, and run at 144fps and refresh rate with 0 hiccups. overkill? i dunno, but id rather it be than not enough haha.
@@bmthfan1231 ah, tysm!
This was a great video too watch loved your clips between them made me giggle all the way through thank you
I'll have you know I always use my PC as a space heater.
Koubitz I love the energy you bring to your vids and your gameplay. I could not stop laughing at Rupert with the shovel!!! BRILLIANT!!!
Also added realistic water 2. Breathtaking.
wow yeah enjoy Ordinator, that changes everything
This was absolutely hilarious, well done! Great mods too
“Todd is no stranger to illusion spells” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love it !!
Just found this mod list and your channel, amazing, I recommend replacing Amazing Follower Tweaks with Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks, its more updated and will replace the other one entirely while also having more immersive dialogue choices!
Really awesome! I use most of these mods but I found a few new ones. Great video
I love the raging! I love your voice!
love it! helps a lots to organize my future mods list :D
Wow, was not expecting to be entertained while looking for mods to download. Keep it up :)
This was a fantastic video Koubitz, only just discovered you. Subscribed!
At the beginning when you missed your shot at Ulfr I thought.... thank god it's not just me. Great video
!modlist
gg on the vid kou. I know this one was high effort
Omg I've been using mods for 3 days and crashed my computer (brand new) twice. This was so helpful. I originally has Skyrim AE On switch and only have SE on steam, but the quest that are just annoying that you have to do is insane. Thanks fam!
I’m planning on getting at least every mod you show cased because they’re so good
the commentary is gold with many random jokes in between!
8:56 Timeless adventures with the Kouties! Get em Rupert!
Haha have watched a lot of theses types of skyrim vids but i gotta say this one cracked me up the most well done!
I play Skyrim for the experience, for the thrill of exploration and wonderful discoveries.
And yes, some stories are actually really good.
Love your sense of humor, lmbo through the whole video. Thank you, can't resist, have to subb.
4:31 the blood curdling scream 😁
AAAAWWWW YEEEAAAHHH!!! I had been looking for these mods for a week for several hours a day and thanks to this video that is from 1 year ago I was able to find them. thx thx thx a lot!! Now I can go back to Skyrim that I haven't played for months.
TY Koubitz. Always enjoy your video's. As someone mentioned..is this list updated for the anniversary edition? That would be truly immersive if so.
Haven't even tried Anniversary edition yet for fear of breaking my list before posting this video! I hope SKSE has been updated and besides that I'm not sure yet!
@@Koubitz In Christopher Walken voice..I gotta have some fishin but happy holidays to You or anyone reading.
@@Koubitz For all of you worried about updating, there is a mod called "Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Downgrade Patcher", you can upgrade to AE and then patch the game with this patcher which will downgrade the executable and patch the required files to let it functioning as a Special edition version (all mods compatible, SE SKSE version) and at the same time having all the new content from AE., I'm using it right now and so far no problems.
very nice mix of comedy and infocontent, subbed :)
"If you have a low end PC, you can still use ENB's... if you want to use your PC as a space-heater." HA!
thank you soooo much this helped alot with everything iv ever wanted for mods XD and amazing video that actually showed the mods in action along with all the funny moments lmao
Never thought I'd see a mod list with genuine humor thrown in. I like it.
So much positive enegry gained from your videos filled with a lot of dedication and remarkable work. Wish you best!!
I’m getting back into this game after some years, I’m so impressed by how good the mods have gotten! Can’t wait to try these out.
great stuff! can't believe you don't have millions of subs already, you're hecking hilarious. I also appreciate the quality editing and that my ears are not bleeding whenever you're ragin :)
Solid vid! I laughed, I cried, I installed stuff.
i love the editing on this video! btw you could try making a collection on nexus when its out possibly? or wabbajack or something, would be way more convenient.
Wow, so lazy man.
so refreshing to hear a sistah's voice doing gaming videos and quality content on top of that
Your modlist is comparable to mine, but i would substitute some mods. There are a few outdated mods on your list or mods i would substitute:
Campfire -> Campsite
Ordinator -> Vokrii or Adamant
Vivid Weathers -> Azurite or Cathedral weather
Wet and Cold -> R.A.S.S.
Immersive Armors & Immersive Weapons -> Any weapon or armor set created in the last 2 years (IA & IW are really outdated)
Unique Uniques -> ArteFakes and/or Reliquary of Myth
Paarthurnax Dilemma -> Paarthurnax quest expansion
Immersive Patrols -> Immersive World Encounters SE
Frostfall & iNeed -> Sunhelm
Joy of Perspective -> Improved Camera (IC has no patch hell unlike JoP)
No Snow Under The Roof -> Simplicity of snow
I would also recommend checking the mods of either Simonmagus or Enaisaion for some more enhanced of Skyrim systems i don't see in the modlist, but that's just my opinion.
Are this mods in game or vortex? Im kind new at modding
Gotta disagree on Volkrii or Adamant, at least for those who want to play as a Bard. I've used all 3 and Ordinator is literally the only one that gives you performance based perks. The others really only give you more bribery/intimidation/persuasion/bartering perks.
@@saulaga2043 Vortex is simply a program to put mods in your game, it doesn't include any on it's own. Personally, I use Mod Organizer 2
Amazing video! I very recently got into mods, as i came back to try skyrim again, and this video had so many great mods that was a must have for me
I've used quite a few of these, and especially love the Paarthurnax Dilemma (that is, whenever I bother with the main storyline anymore).
Skyhaven Temple is a depressing dump in serious need of some windows and redecorating!
first video and im already subscribed !! waiting for more !!
You should also use Nemesis so you can use AGO, CGO, and TK Dodge together
I’m going to install these over the weekend. Thank you for this
Well well well. You had to include yash. Yashing through the snow.
My christmas is ruined because of one tiny thing.
Hey, thanks so much for putting this mod list in!!! This is definitely gonna make my modded playthroughs fun. Your voice also reminds me of SuperButterBuns!
Great video, and some great suggestions. I like the sound of Mortal Enemies and Bandolier.
After 10 years just got back into Skyrim, thank you so much for this list. ♥
Absolutely hilarious, a great balance of info and professional gameplay, thanks Koubitz 😉
Any chance of a load order for your preferred modlist?
I just run LOOT to sort my mods, nothing special! But maybe I should update the description with numbers next to the mods indicating their load order position. Thanks for the idea!
@@Koubitz If LOOT does the job then that'll answer my question. Cheers!
THAT is a list full of quality content! I do wonder - have you ever tested the Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul? I think the mod adds a lot of immersion and is generally pretty cool, as you can craft bombs and bandages with antiseptics to heal the wounds! I noticed the mod doesn't get as much attention in the community as it deserves so I just wanted to recommend it :)
it's 2:30am and I'm probably not going to be installing these mods anytime soon, but I watched the video anyways because it was so fecking funny.
14:27 finally someone said it. Now I feel safer.
The Rupert part had me laughing so loud at 3 o'clock in the morning. Good stuff, great list. 👍
I like it when you laugh
One of my favorite sounds in all the World is the sound of Koubitz laughing...
...especially when she completely breaks and laughs so hard she has trouble breathing... :D
Hey hey looks like someone has taken up the mantle that MxR left behind.
