- Putting fish on the grill strikes fear to the heart of any pitmaster. With a little bit of preparation you can grill fish that won't stick to the grill. This is one of my favorite combinations for whole trout and I'm sure you will like it too. We picked the bones clean, but had a little left over that we added to a salad the next day. Absolutely amazing.

Trout was probably the only kind of fish my dad actually enjoyed. I’d love to try it one day.
Going trout fishing this weekend in Lake Tahoe, so this recipe is super handy thanks Ryan as always great video!
Tahoe is a beautiful place. Hopefully you'll catch some fall colors. Either way, enjoy the trip.
Looks really good. Makes me want to go fishing! Nice cook
Grab a pole, let's go James!
Always wanted to try grilling some trout. Definitely will try out this recipe, great video man!
Simple, str8 to the point, yet a slam dunk! Thank you
I'm not a man of many words. Thanks for the support.
@@GrillTopExperience I copied your recipe today and prepped 5 trouts for my brother's family. The aftermath: he pointed out it took him a long time to get the bones out of the fish once done grilling for his kids. In contrast, I normally use the small Lean George Foreman grill minus the foil part I just toss them there with the skin and once ready the bones come out like butter.
He is not an angler nor an experience fish griller, so I assume that's why he experienced problems? Or did I miss one of your instructions?
Very clever! Lake trout with lemon and dill. Good tips with cleaning, and grilling the lemon. Thank you!
Thank you! It's good with a bit of black pepper on it too.
Salt encrusted trout is an amazing way to cook it as Well
It turned out pretty good. I try not to cook fish inside to keep the stink outside. Thanks for watching and for the support.
Thanks for your advice! Everything turned out great!
That's awesome. I'm glad it turned out. Nice catch.
Thanks I just caught like a dozen trouts in a 2 day period and I was wondering how to do it on the grill since I hate them in the oven. Thanks.
You are going to be eating good! I'm lucky to get one or two when I go.
Nice looking trout bro. Great information as well.
Thank you sir. The lakes are thawing out and it's time to go!
I like your cooking
Awesome cook! Great video
Thanks so much! I really enjoyed that one. It might be time to make it again.
Doing right now, adding myer lemon to the mix, thank you!.
I hope it turned out! A little lemon really makes it pop.
Great video though im a wimp when it comes to whole fish i couldn't fillet my self makes me squirm
great video. Thanks for sharing.
I heard that if u swab the grill rack with fresh lemon as if u were using a paper towel and oil that the fish would not stick
Thanks for the tip! I'll have to try it.
Looks good!
I assume you removed the scales??
Yup, yup. No scales.
You don’t descale?
Removing the scales and entrails was done off camera. You should remove them before cooking.
Gots to have foil brotha
it's burning bro 😅
Wanna be a grill boss and eat a boneless fish? Butterfly the trout before doing this.
Moment I saw this guy... I instantly didnt trust him or his skills
We would all do a little better to not judge people based on the way they look.
Grill Top Experience yeah I don’t think that was fair. You had solid advice and a good grill method
Weirdo
Yeah... I rewatched it thinking I missed something.... but nah my first thought was accurate.
