    3 Years later, this is still absolute killer and so versatile - I honestly use this upsell/closing framework daily, it works wonders!

    Alex I LOVE your videos. I just finished reading $100M Offers and that book changed my whole mindset. I have a marketing agency and didn’t know what to do to really get my feet off the ground. Now I’m going for exclusively real estate agents and do a pay per lead model. Thanks man you’re dope

      Then it doesn’t sound like you paid attention to the book. There are thousands of “marketing agency’s” doing pay per lead to real estate agents.

    When closing to sell a product, ask the prospect: "You don't want to buy anything else right?" People say no.
    This assumes that the product you just sold is the only thing they will buy. It is extremely powerful.

    So if i sold cute stuffed animals would the equivalent of this being like "get a free cute animal earring when you order a stuffed animal"
    But geting them in the door is the free earring,( the ear muffs)
    But really the money is the stuffed animal(the coat being stored)

      did you get an answer?
      let is say you are selling an iphone .
      so after talking to the prospect etc; to close instead of saying to the prospect do you want to buy or not and that kind of stuff, you say to him " you don't want anything else do you like earphones ? " so the prospect will say no . let's analyze what happened here: by asking that question you actually said WITH THE IPHONE YOU ARE GETTING , YOU DON'T want anything with it don't you ? the prospect will say no . in other words the no means " i won't buy anything WITH the iphone"
      so the iphone is already sold while the prospect was focusing on not buying any additional thing.

    These fk trickery tactics are not how to keep clients.
    You wanna treat people like their stupid and expect them to be long term clients, good luck with that.
    Car salemen use these trick tactics.
