  • In this video I show how to remove and install the guage cluster in my 1995 f150 but it is the same for 92-96 f-series trucks and the 92-96 Broncos. I forgot to say in the video that if your truck is a 4x4 with an electric t-case there will be controls for that on the black surround piece that you will have to disconnect.

Nice tip about plugging in fuel select switch before turning on to check work before buttoning it all up. Plus best yet seen on how to remove gear select indicator cable and reinstall/adjust. Big Thumbs Up. Thanks!!

A great video that really helped me get the job done. No other videos showed the gear selector cable like that, which was the trickiest part! Thanks

Thanks for the video! I had everything off, but I couldn’t get that gear selector off. I ended up sealing it back up out of fear that I’d screw it up, ha! I only got one led bulb in 😂 The climate control lights were a piece of cake though.

Thanks for the video, I replaced the instrument console in my 95 F250 and this was identical to my truck.

even w/out dual tanks there is an electrical connector at that location AND it has to be connected to the dash bezel. a connection is made between a couple of the wires by the dummy connector on the bezel.

Quick question, when replacing the instrument panel will the odometer automatically show your vehicles actual mileage or will it show the milage on that specific instrument panel? Meaning the mileage from whatever vehicle you took the instrument panel from.

It’ll show the vehicle it came from. Hope this helps. I had to get my cluster rebuilt by auto tech so I can keep my mileage

So while I was trying to pull the white cable the plastic adjuster threads broke and are stuck in the bracket. I have no idea how to get the wire out now or replace it
