      I am unable to run with ease my legs are extremely sore Even if I get relieved of the pain it comes back very fast so I am unable to run please help me how to come out of this situation I need to finish 1600m in 630 seconds to get a job but I am unable to do it or even able to initiate it properly do guide me please 🥺

    I love how you hold the stretches for a good amount of time so I can relax into it and get a little deeper into the stretch. Thanks for a great 15 minute stretch

    Watch out everybody! There will certainly be a 30-minute bonus workout with weights after the stretching session because Anna is not tired yet!

    Thank you so much for this wonderful class , the music filled me with so much joy and I was well impressed with the exercises as we stay in position and this allows a better stretch. I am trying out new classes , just beautiful. I will defiantly do this class from the beginning but this was a great stretch for me to do my splits class.

    Thank you Anna❤️, I have a little trouble taking days of recovery I even remember the last time, I think it's been months since I took any. I always want to play sport and I don't know how to avoid giving in to temptation.
    Today I'm going to try not to play sports but it will be complicated I think that before the end of the day I will crack and do one of your sports videos.

      @@growingannanasI am 15 years old and I am full of energy it is very difficult for me to stay still, I have to let off steam, that I play sports. But I will try to listen to your advice and try to give myself a day off once in a while even if for that I will have to face a superhuman effort.

    Hii... Here in my country it is 11.45am.. so I did recovery routine today morning with 5 Tibetan yoga, regular stretches, and yoga nidra... Enjoy... Waiting for your workout ❤️❤️❤️

    I've only started working out a couple days ago and I'm trying to do a little everyday, instead of a lot only a couple of days. And during my rest days I feel guilty and think I'm going to fall out of habit. This really helped and will continue using this video

    Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
