So I got to the copy/config part, and it's telling me that the system can't find the file specified, 0 files copied. What should I do?

This video is irrelevant. Since April 2018 (update 1803) Windows 10 hqs disabled automatic registry backup. As a result regback will be empty in all users that where unaware of this (pretty much EVERYONE), and did not manually re-enable it.
I'm aware of that and I already know to fix it !!

The reason regback is empty, is because that since the update on Windows 10 1803 (i.e. April 2018 Update), microsoft, for some insanely stupid reason disabled automatic registry backup. This video was outdated from the start, since it was published one year after the update. Everyone who keep their Windows relatively up=to=date will have an empty regback. Try to see if you guys have a system restore point.

Yes. I have replaced my SSD hard drive. It had become corrupted and I was unable to repair it. It was a Samsung 970 Evo.

sir, I need your help I did some changes in the registry edit but after check, I changed that Regedit setting in the same condition. but now I m getting another problem any system file like my pc, recycle bin, control panel even my folder is not open show error explorer.exe error " windows cannot access the specified file or path, you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."
how do I tell what drive my system directory is on? a quick response would be helpful
As I showed up in this tutorial, by typing the drive letter and give a colon symbol (for example - C: or D: or E: or F:) and hit enter, next type "DIR" and hit enter to confirm. If not found then try by using another drive letter.
Thanks for the info, unfortunately I can't get off the blue screen, my pc just boots back to the blue screen so I don't get to the Advanced Options.

Only the offline Windows re-imaging process can fix this.

@@Novuseiyou cant preceed with this step right now as windows stopped backing up registeries a long time ago ,try restore point recovery if your luckyu may have a working restore point
And also in the video his windows is installed in E drive ,commonly it is installed in C or what ever u choose during installation

How did you know your system drive letter?
The drive where windows is installed it could be any by the user for choosing C ,D or E whatever while installing windows.
