TYSM!!! It helps alot, I'm actually doing Construct 3 and making game for my assessment I already know how animate my sprite and add score I just need to make another level to get A+ for my grade this helps out a lot and I enjoy playing construct 3 even in my free time. :D
There is no event sheet link to the current level. Click anywhere on the screen to bring up the properties pane for the layout. Under event sheet change it from none to event sheet 1.
after doing the same process and playing my game then after sometime i click the play button it starts with level 2 (i want every time i click the play button the character start from level 1) how can i do that?
If I duplicate my stage which seems easier to me, I want to change things from the next level compared to the first maybe just erasing a few things here and there, adding a few things here and there,. The problem I have with duplicating is that the same changes I make on level 2 happen to level 1, how can I not have that happen so both levels are a little different? Thx
@@gamedesignwithreilly Yeah, figured that it needs to have the same object for all layouts. The logic is it can't transfer the Player object from layout 1 to layout 2, instead it has a copy on all layouts. Is my understanding correct? Also, thank you for the response! You're cool

Never mind I figured it out, I wasn't double clicking the level 1 and I did not see the change!
Glad you sorted it 😁
Was able to transfer to another stage, however my character is not there just the next stage
Drag a new player from the right hand side and place them in level 2.
