    How can I avoid overtraining? My smartwatch indicates that after a 1 hour and 30-minute run, it will take me 74 hours to recover, and my Heart Rate Variability (HRV) levels are low. Even a single night of poor sleep throws everything off balance.

      Sleep and eat better and reduce stress. Or Take peds

      ​@@samisavola863 I experience high stress and poor sleep when I engage in excessive training. Additionally, taking a large amount of performance-enhancing drugs (peds) results in side effects for me. I diligently track everything I eat.

      My watch is not always correct. I have the newest Epix pro 2 version. Take it with a grain of salt. Your body will not lie to you, listen to it vs anything/anybody else.
