    Nice how you are the center of most of the frames. It is almost as if Mr. Hemrajani doesn't need to be there. Here's an idea: when doing a video about somebody you are working with how about including them in the frame on all the shots he is in - not half his head. This comes across as arrogant and like the video is about you rather than a master craftsman.

Custom tailored shirts out of fabric of your choice was only $45! I'm so please with my Tailor over there there is no need to go elsewhere. He sends me his new fabric samples on years I don't visit. What the tailor say is that basically they don't build the pattern for you... He adjust measurement on a computer pattern. So it's not bespoke if we consider traditional definition of bespoke. It's made to measure.

    • @kirbyallison
      @kirbyallison  5 лет назад +1

      HB Arka It’s definitely not “full bespoke” but it also isn’t traditional made-to-measure. You be the judge on where it falls within that spectrum. I can speak for the results and the price, which combine to create an exceptional value.

    • @S_F_R_

    • @showtimebruin7821
      @showtimebruin7821 3 года назад

      You realize that most “bespoke” tailors do essentially the same thing. They start with a predetermined pattern that best matches your body features and then they implement as many adjustments to the pattern as allowed by the computer program. Tailors aren’t fashion designers. The point of the suit is to look good. If there are cost saving measures to do that then it is a good thing. Made to measure is a single predetermined pattern that allows several generalized size adjustments like maybe your shoulder sleeve size, waste, and trouser length. It’s basically not much different than off the rack except that you might not have to make alterations with a tailor afterwards (that’s if you’re lucky).

    • @S_F_R_
      @S_F_R_ 3 года назад

      @@showtimebruin7821 Yeah. You got it right. Most "bespoke" tailors are not beskpoke tailors ... When tailors say they do bespoke and basically adapt a pattern they do made to measure and not bespoke. They use the bespoke word as a marketing tool !

    Genuine question, why doesn’t America adopt centimetres instead of inches? Seems so complicated to talk about 1/4 inch or 3/8ths inch

      Cost of restructuring infrastructure, lazy populace, and our current measurement system works fine for us.

    • @realfakehiker7714
      @realfakehiker7714 4 года назад +4

      Because, generally, we’re stubborn, lazy, and unwilling to admit (or even imagine) that everything about us and the way we do and see things isn’t necessarily the best or smartest.
      We love saying “God bless America” and that we’re the “greatest country on Earth” - modesty and admissions of being anything but the best are simply not in our arsenal.
      We’re the spoiled adolescent to much of the Old World’s wiser adult.

      @ kazama850:
      Spoken like a true adolescent. (But I bet you’re a full-grown adult, unfortunately.)
      Firstly, you mean “you’re,” not “your.”
      Secondly, just because I’m disappointed in a lot of us here doesn’t mean that I don’t belong or that I should leave.
      Do you completely agree on all subjects with your coworkers and family? Of course not. So does that mean that you or them should leave? Of course not.
      This is too big of a subject to discuss here, and clearly we’re not just talking about the metric system, so, instead of thinking too hard about and questioning your own beliefs and words, it’ll be much easier for you to simply dismiss mine as ‘fake news’ and go on thinking that we’re infallible...and that the other 95% of the world’s population is suffering from some sort of mass delusion.
      The day we (as individuals or as a country...or a race, or whatever) start believing we’ve got it all figured out, and that we’re the absolute best and greatest, and that we can learn nothing from anyone else, is the day that we prove we’re the exact opposite.

      When a country using the metric puts a man on the moon we will consider the system to have been tested enough to consider switching.

    à mon avis comme je suis tailleur sur mesure j'ai jamais retouchés surtout les pantalons après la coupe de tissus parce que les retouches devient avant le montage des pantalons donc dans les trassages avant la coupe

    Lovely show. However Kirby whether one has a full bespoke garment or a computerized garment, the need to invalidate a 23 year old whom lacks the experience is truly uncharacteristic of a gentleman you exude yourself to be. Tailoring has changed indeed and has provided options for all clients. Personally I have tailors that provided full bespoke and semi bespoke per say in which all suits were gorgeous. One can give praise without giving criticism about the inabilities of another. It comes off negatively especially the young lads whom are watching your channel. Continue to be blessed and move diligently.🙏🥂🇨🇰

    1/8 to 1/4 of inch adjustment? Really? That is so tiny. A heavier lunch or simply inhaling would change it more. Seems very excessive bordering on OCD.

      In my opinion, I think he just does it to make the appearance that you're getting your money's worth. Where in reality, those "changes" doesn't make any difference. I met alot of so called tailors in hong kong (all happen to be Indian descent as well) they were first sneaky sales people, then so called tailors. I felt I had to watch my guard with them. Joe just happens to craft this sales pitch for 40 years.
