Hi there, the gimbal Crane M3S not support button control for smartphone. You can refer to the Smooth series if you want a gimbal especially for phone.
@@zhiyunsupportglobal706 If Smooth 5 combo were good as a device I wouldn't buy Crane M3S.....I hope in future you going to put that function in this Crane Serie, because there is no point the Shutter button can't be controlled on the Foto Cameras but not on the Smartphone camera!!!

When I hook up the Type C to Type C from the gimbal to the camera the camera it tells me it cannot recognize the cable. This video says the model number is LN-UCUC-D07, but the cable supplied in the packaging of my gimbal is model number LN-UCUC-D06. could that be why the camera is not recognizing it?

How come my M3 doesn't have the Bluetooth Shutter Control option?
Hi, Crane M3 doesn't have a Bluetooth Shutter Control function, whereas Crane M3S, WEEBILL 3S, and CRANE 4 have.

I paired it with my Sony ZV-E1. On half press, single click or long press, they all just do auto focusing for me :(

It seems that you just half press the video button to activate the auto-focus on certain camera, when you want to record it, it need to single press, you may try single press（force press）
Our gimbal came with a USB type C - to - Type C model: LN - UNUC-D06 Not UNUC D007 & our ZV-E10 says it doesnt recognize tge USB cable. Anyone have any links to a cord that will work 100%

For crane m3, you need to mount the Bluetooth Control Unit Type-C USB and Expansion Base.
