Sold! I was about to pick up a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 but rather get this gimbal for my Sony Zve10 instead and save the money. This footage was all i needed to see.
What surprised me the most about the M3, as an upgrade to the M2, is that it can hold some full-frame cameras even with smaller zooms. This makes this gimbal a hell more flexible for a wider group of people. Cannot wait to see how the market reacts to another revolution from Zhiyun.
I feel like buying a CRANE M3 for my own. It is literally the most ideal gimbal for ZV-E10, no matter the design, size or payload. they just perfectly fit on ZV-E10. DJI makes great gimbals, to be honest, but I would rather swap to ZHIYUN this time.
Rewatching your old videos after I saw how well you're doing in the future is so nice cuz I saw the potential even before it happened. By the way I love you guys all of you
I really enjoyed this, it was so helpful. I purchased the ZV-E10 today and am now on the hunt for a gimbal. You have made my decision easy, tomorrow I am on the hunt for one of these. Thanks so much 🙏
I believe it's perfect for a full-frame camera Sony A7C too. Lightweight is the technology trend. The camera and gimbal are getting smaller but better.
@@KAPhotography thanks for the info. On their website it says none of the controls on the gimbal will work with the zv-e01 🤷♂️ It seems like they only support a small number of cameras. Sony have a simple and free API for camera control via Bluetooth or WiFi so I'm not sure why these gimbal companies don't make use of that 🤷♂️

okay, so i'm 9:26mins in and im falling more in love with the setup...that light also just does it for me. infact, ALL gimbals should have that light on the side...cant wait to get it.. by the way, i'm watching from Botswana, big fan.. (dare u to check where Botswana is)...lol
Dumela, rra! I've been looking at this exact setup as my second camera for a long overland expedition to...Botswana! I think it would be just great. I just hope the ZV-E10 can survive the Makgadikgadi Pan. ;-)
Can't find the payload capacity anywhere, for $169 is more convenient the Moza Mini P, can even fit a heavy Nikon D7200 with a 50mm lens, but this is quite complete option if you don't have light, mic and other accessories
What a set up. I love the stormtrooper look. I'd love to see more of this combo. You got a really great image out of it. I'm amazed by the AF in low light too. It would be cool to see it with the new light weight Sigma 18-50 2.8 DC DN.
Awesome review! You've sold me on upgrading! And I really enjoyed your quick tutorial on balancing, that's the simplest way I've seen it explained. Great video!
Ok Im going to buy thiiiis!!! Thank you for this! I have been trying to look for a gimbal that’s compact and I’m glad I found this because I use a ZV-E10 too! 😀
Good job Dylan. I have a RSC2 but rarely take it out because of its heavy weight. Have dreamt about a gimbal with lighter weight but can carry my A7s3. Small compactibility and payload of M3 does amaze me, I will definately give it a try. 369usd is acceptable for me if it is light enough for more daily uses.
@@revoover No sorry I don't. I don't own this gimbal because I've read about the specs after this video. Then it turned out it won't work properly with the Cam, like every other Gimbal at the moment.
@@KonFilms Why? It's lighter but lacks so many things against A7C, with FF sensor being the major one. I'd say to stick with A7C or at least rent one ZVE10 to compare yourself.
Thanks so much for this bro! I have a ZV-E10 and been trying to find the smallest/lightest gimbal that’ll work with it. Sick of having to use catalyst browse and cropping quality
00:54 What's that head called between the ball head and tripod? It's usefull to extend the camera at 90°, I need to buy one but dont know what it's called.
This camera isn't known for great low-light shots. How are your night shots so sharp and clean? Would you consider making a tutorial about night filming?
I have just loaded the Crane M3 with Sony ZV-E10 and Sigma 16mm F/1.4 and was able to balance it perfectly (without lens hood). Wow! However, this seems to be the limit of what is possible with this gimbal. When adding my variable 72mm ND filter with step-up ring (67 to 72mm), this setup eventually becomes too top-heavy without a counterweight. A fixed ND filter might still be possible, I have yet to try that.
Hi, does M3 work with E10 and Sigma 16mm?? Nobody seems to know and Zhiyun said it never tested the Sigma 16mm with the E10 either. Thinking Sigma 16mm is too heavy and too long for the E10 body.
Gimbals are crazy, imagine this 3 years ago. The tech has come so far
I remember using the first ones. Every month or so I had to resolder the exposed wires to keep it working lol. That was like 2012 I think.
This one is definitely a beast.
But still control limited for most camera’s. Specially canon. Look it can be balance but you cannot use of its features in controls
I love that Gene is showing how awesome the ZV-E10 can be when used well.
What lens did he use with it.
@@markshirley01 Looks like he was using the Sony 10-18, the 24 and 50 1.8, and the Sigma 30 1.4 in the vid at various times.
Gimbal is probably the only way to deal with that rolling shutter.
@@ReviewApaHariIni catalyst browse also works well to reduce rolling shutter.
