Here in colombia somes criminals used to do that , you have to cut the barrel and put a metal barrel because the deafult barrel of blanks guns are made of zamak and That material does not withstand the explosion of a real ammunition cause is a alloy of aluminum and others materials so you have to change the barrel and thats all , the .380 acp is the same size of the blank amunnition so you dont have to change the magazine , you can use the original magazine if you convert to .380 acp , other way to make the blanks guns lethal is open the barrel with a drill and just modify the blank ammunition, you remove the green plastic and put a ogive of lead and glue it with instant glue and is literally a lethal ammunition, i have some video where they put a rifle type ogive and it was more lethal than a .380 ammunition , also here in colombia like 2 years ago was legal sell the traumatic guns (p.a guns) , this guns are like blanks guns but they shoot ammunition with a rubber ball as a projectiles so they came with a open barrel , if you get shot by this ammunition it will leave a hole in your skin and destroy it and if you shoot someone in the head you probably kill him but obviously a rubber ball can't go through you so some criminals used to put a metal ballin on the top of the p.a ammuntion ( TRAUMATIC AMMUNITION) , or put a piece of lead .... the thing is made the gun lethal...

Live firearm is a bit louder but not so much. I own 7,62x25 Tokarev pistol and that firearm is a real beast,i can't even compare with my Glock 17 gen5 9mm p.a.k. SV(steel slide). But this blank gun is also a beast of all replicas. Just one thing,next time you should hold both pistols with both hands. And i hope you use ear and eye protection.

Also try new Umarex Glock 17 gen5 9mm p.a.k. with real steel slide..you will see the difference in quality. And yes,price is extreme high..400 euros but i don't care,quality is also on next level. Walther P99 is also in SV(steel slide) version,same price 😄

No, coloured blank firing pistols can be purchased with no licence whatsoever and dropped off at your door and all you will need is to show the driver a forum of ID such as, drivers licence, passport, etc proving you are 18 or over the only thing you would need a license for is if you wanted to purchase a fully black or silver blank pistol. I don't know where your from but here in the UK pellpax is a great website with lots of blank pistols to choose from as well as air rifles and gas guns.

This is mostly pointless, since phone microphones will compress the sound level way too much to draw a conclusion. I have both a blank gun and a firearm and the later is much louder in real life.
Alot closer sounding then I would of figured. If one cant own a firearm, firing off a couple rounds in a replica gun sure should send an intruder into your home running!
I cringed hard when he put down a cocked and loaded gun. You NEVER put down a loaded gun here, it's part of the strict safety protocols here to ONLY lay down a gun unloaded, uncocked and slide open. In the over 100 years history of my gun club there wasn't a SINGLE incedent with a firearm, one of the reason being thta safety comes first. Good comparison though, especially in enclosed spaces the sound is so much more notacible.

You need open barrel with drill and open blank ammo little bit extra powder and rubber ball on bottom ammo.
You can get pepper rounds, basically every shot you spray pepper powder/spray into whatever youre aiming at
