Thanks for your honest review. I thought I made a mistake buying the 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD. But after watching this video and hearing your review, I feel good about my decision. I value technology rather than power, I don't drive very fast anyway. Thanks again.
I was looking for an honest review of the Rogue Platinum, I clicked on this one that came up and as soon as I saw the young Gen Z, I was about to click away, I can't stand cocky gen z reviewers.... But... then you started to talk... It was like I was hearing a young Matt Farah of Smoking Tire giving a review of some supercar. Dude, you nailed this review and you got a subscriber and I am calling that dealer up to try to work out a deal on a Rogue Platinum for my wife. You made a review of a relatively boring segment of cars actually interesting to watch. Keep up the good work!
This is my first time on your channel and you gave a great review of this new 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. I wanted to add that this crossover has Tri-Climate control (controls the temperature in the front 2 and the backseat), not dual-zone, and that it has the Divide-N-Hide cargo system where you can lift 1 of the 2 floor boards and stand it up to divide the cargo space in half. The cargo also has space for on the side to fit a gallon of milk or windshield wiper fluid. Also, the rear doors open to 85 degrees so it's easier for passengers to get in and out of the vehicle and easier to put in a child seat.
I have been a Mazda fan and my next car was going to be a Mazda 6 or a Mazda cx5 touring or grand touring. However I recently went to a Nissan dealership for fun and checked out a Nissan rogue Sl 2022 OMG I fell in love with it instantly. I still think that the cx5 is a better car overall but something about the new togue is just absolutely a game changer
Thanks for this review. I felt your pain in admitting defeat with the Mazda and Honda on this one. My parents were between the rogue and the cx-5, and I really wanted the cx-5 to win as a mazda fan myself. They're an all Honda/Acura family also. The CR-V couldn't compete with the tech and overall design of the rogue. The CX-5 had comparable tech to it, but was way smaller in comparison, both in legroom and cargo space. The new rogue, for the money, nails the tech and overall design. They ended up getting the exact model you tested, platinum awd.
I was looking for a detailed and honest review for this vehicle and found it here. 👍🏻 You really took your time to cover a lot. I’ve been a Mazda owner and fan for years, so I can relate to how torn I feel about making a switch to Nissan, but I have to give credit where credit is due. The Rogue has a lot going for it, especially on the tech side. Man, that digital dashboard is cool and i like that the infotainment system is large and touch screen. Thank you for making this video for us!
Loved your review. Taught me some stuff I had missed!! So, two weeks ago I traded my 2012 Rogue SV (with 47k miles) in for a 2021 Platinum. From Gerald Nissan North Aurora, because they had the color I wanted. Sunset Drift - it's amazing!! So - it was a hard decision because of the low miles and nice to not have a car payment. I also had no mechanical issues whatsoever, because I properly maintain my vehicles. But I started think about it, and when I saw the incredible upgrade in styling and features, decided to go for it. Holy Cow - this new Rogue is AMAZING!! I feel like I left behind the Fred Flintstone Mobile for the Jetson's Spaceship!!! It is truly beautiful inside and out, and I have not even taken advantage of all the features yet. I got a great deal, and could not be happier!! Definitely pulled the trigger at the right time.
People automatically hate on the Rogue because of the CVT, which has improved dramatically. My wife brought the Platinum and it’s great!!! Pearl white w/black roof with the saddle tan interior! Best color way. The CRV was outdated and the Mazda CX-5 is just for one person with limited tech and space. Yes, it drives nice but the MPG stinks and it’s very dark inside of the cabin. The Rogue is the best bang for the buck, hands down!!! Try it
Absolutely loved your video! I also love the fact that you and I have something in common and that is being a huge Mazda fan. My first car was a 2009 Mazda CX-7 and I absolutely loved it and it was very reliable. My reason on debating on getting a Nissan is because I'm not huge fan of the remodel of Mazda with the difference in the hood changes, not a fan of very long hoods when it comes to vehicles. I've been very hesitant on switching, but I have family members that own Nissans and they've had little to no issues with them. Thank you for making this video 🤎 hopefully you'll show the 2022 version! Lol
Great review. I am looking for a quiet ride. Have been driving Subaru for years. I want to trade up for a quieter more luxurious ride. Can you rate the Nissan Rogue, Mazda sc50 and the Subaru Forrester on this criteria.
Comparing the top trim levels (so the Platinum Rogue, Signature CX-5, and the Touring Forrester) I would say its hard to pick between Rogue and CX-5 for the top. I would lean towards the Rogue being #1 just because it is the newest of the three, where the CX-5 has been the same (mostly) since 2017. But the Cx-5 is fantastic, I have had two of them (2018 & 2021). The Subaru us a great car as well, but more geared towards an active lifestyle. However, new Subarus have better sound deadening than previous years. so final answer: 1. Rogue 2. CX-5 3. Forrester
Can you do a 2003 ford f150 4x4 4 door I would actually want you do to to see if the truck good or not because I might thinking about buying me one or a 2003 Chevy 2500 HD love ur videos
I just wish they did wireless Android. My Honda Accord EXL has it and it is very nice . I Will get the dongle that allows me to connect wirelessly. NISSAN needs to fix this issue IMO.

This is such a huge improvement over the outgoing model...the outgoing one felt like a cheap rental car, and that’s basically exactly what it was.

Great review! It’s helping us make up our mind to upgrade to the 2021 Rogue. Live it. You did a great job!
Great review and you're a true professional. Thank you for your non bias opinion!
Wife just got one and lovvvveeessss it! I think I like it as much as my Tesla 🤷
it's Rogue...not the french word for red. Parts of the exterior look like the RAV to me...inside looks nice !
Actually the concept was based the new Rogue was released before the RAV4, and this is an evolution from its anterior generation.
Great job on the review
Thank you. I was actually looking at the Mazda CX-5 vs. the Rogue to lease for 2021.

Would you choose over the Sorento or no?
This is a great SUV in many respects I just wish the maximum torque was reached at a lower RPM.
GOOD REVIEW & GREAT CAR.
