    ABOUT THIS SERIES
    Barre Strong is an empowering 7-day program designed to push you to your max effort for fast results you’ll see and feel. You’ll move to the music with six targeted barre classes and one total-body class that will build deep strength in every area of your body. Each workout follows the signature barre style - small rhythmic movements and high repetitions to burn out your muscles, no equipment necessary. These classes are hard, short, and effective, allowing you to maximize your workout while easily fitting it into your day. Challenge yourself over 7 days for the total barre experience, or choose whatever class you need to get your daily barre fix.
    In this series, you will:
    - Build deep strength in every major muscle group
    - Push to your max effort, focus, and endurance
    - Get a challenging barre workout in just 20 minutes a day
    ABOUT EMILY
    Emily Sferra is a barre instructor and student of acupuncture and herbology who is based in Southern California.
    After dancing professionally in New York City and Seattle for several years after college, Emily transitioned into teaching barre for a national boutique fitness company and quickly fell in love with the intense physical and mental challenge this type of workout provides. Movement and musicality have been at the forefront of Emily’s life since she was a young gymnast, and they carried her through her teenage years as she pursued rigorous dance training. She has always found the distinct combination of movement alongside music as a powerful means to release, discover, explore, and build from within. Most recently, she has taken her love of the body and channeled it to the pursuit of a doctorate in traditional Chinese medicine, adding yet another deep and extensive layer of knowledge to inform her work from a holistic approach.
    Emily has established herself as a master barre instructor, leading thousands of barre classes across the country alongside the honor of training countless other instructors for over seven years. She loves how teaching allows her the opportunity to create community, instill a sense of accountability and motivation in that community, empower others, and forever be a student. Emily takes an “all in” approach to teaching; she’s known for her high energy, full accountability, diligent, and form-focused style.
