  • 20-Minute Full Body Workout w/ Bodyweight & A Kettlebell

    I get it, as I do more and more things it's harder to find the time to have longer training sessions, along with travel, many times I have to get very effective training sessions in with little equipment and even less time.
    If you have bodyweight and a kettlebell try this out...
    PART 1:
    -----------
    Reverse Lunge / Jump Skip x 8/side
    KB Goblet Squat 2-point pause squats x 8
    Staggered Single Arm KB Rows w/Pause x 8/side
    Push Up Drop w/ 5 sec concentric x 8
    Push Up Position KB Core Drag x 8
    4 rounds with 60-90 second break in between rounds
    PART 2:
    -----------
    KB Swing
    Rotational Lunge Clean Right
    Rotational Lunge Clean Left
    30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest - 4 rounds of each exercise
