YES ! Always looking for short videos to stretch after I skate. This stretching video is amazing. Thanks for holding the stretches long enough for the muscle to relax. I love the figure 4 stretch while I am skating. Sometimes after long distance, my lower back starts to hurt and I just do the figure 4 while rolling and the pain is quickly gone and I can keep skating with enjoyment.
Two wonderful stretch and balance 10 minute workouts. I was hurting today and these were perfect. I feel so much better I might try a 10-15 minute cardio.
I have been doing your 2 ten minute workouts. The core one and the stretch one. MARVELOUS!! I love how you continue to create more and more videos and also keep the older ones.
