jet crossed Runway 15 at Reagan National Airport as Republic Airways 4676 tried attempted to land at 5:30 p.m. Saturday (September 17, 2022).
Go-Arounds at DCA are surprisingly common due to the flow of aircraft with only one runway at use most of the time. But this time was extremely close compared to others.

DCA has a lot of go-arounds because of the amount of traffic with only one runway being used most of the time. This seemed a like way more of a close call though.

Different professional level of air traffic controller at National. That applies to most employees there
