That bird of prey flying by the drone in the intro is amazing.
I was told there would be no Klingons in this video.
@@mdfrank57
Somebody lied. I think Big Jerm was trying to tamp down his Klingon fury in the first round. Limited success.
That was a turkey vulture, probably circling big Jerm after his first round
It’s a stinking buzzard!😂
The way the editor always has the music hit on a specific movement has got to be my favorite aspect of your b-footage. Reminds me of a skate or Bmx video. ❤
What a gorgeous opening shot. That bird flying under the drone was epic.
Thanks for pointing that out. I missed it. Glad I went back to watch it again.
This is a quality production. This looks like a great course to play if you remove the extra OB. Thank you CCDC
Better coverage than most! Big fan of professionalism..ty gents
On hole 3 why don't they make the rock line the ob? The rocks are there to show the line from a distance but they are actually 3 feet out of bounds.
This course is so close to being amazing. Very fixable issues.
I had a similar thought. Making the ob line inside of the rocks vs outside seemed odd to me, unnecessary tight fairway.
Yeah, putting the OB inside the visual reference for players is unnecessary twisting the knife on this course. Put it just outside - seems obvious.
This is the most fun I've had watching Disc Golf this year. What a great course and better coverage!
Loving the O’ Perkins commentary. Really fits in well with the CCDG vibe.
Stoked for this episode. Thank you Central Coast Disc Golf!
Once again I have to give accolades to Central. This is fantastic in every way. Nate has the perfect voice and knowledge and the camera work is so good. I love the fast pace too.
Would love to see him & Philo team up for some commentary together
@@johnnydarter definitely
Some times Nate is too chill. Like spit it out already. I already know what you’re gonna say but it’s gonna take another 30 seconds for you to finish the sentence.
PO’Reilly!
@@CJski Over/Under on the Catawba River mentions ~ 10 for the final card 🤣
This is a fun course, looks fun. Not sure all the extra OB was exactly necessary though
Ben Calloway looking like a 1980’s hockey play with his mullet!
Slowmo mulletshot 8:40 😂 👍
Gotta love the lettuce
Thanks!
Yep I'm convinced fist bump before the round and then fist bump after the round is finished not on the 18th tee box😅
Such a weird course design choice to put OB everywhere around a fairway, even when a shot would be punished more by having to shoot from that lie. Very wordy explanation but for example on Hole 3, turning the disc over on the right side of the fairway (without the OB) is safer but leaves the players with a harder shot into the sand trap. I'm not sure how all of the OB choices were received by the players but it's tough watching an entire card go to the DZ.
Also my point on that hole is the rocks are 3 feet out of bounds even though they are there to mark the out of bounds line from a far. I thought James's shot was perfect then see the painted line out of nowhere.
It's a cool course but some little things are just illogical.
Great coverage per usual.
That being said, I can't wait to visit/camp out there with my own ob's😊
I'm trying to watch through this whole series, but between the slow, soft theme music and Nate's soft, low energy commentary, I keep nodding off.
Are the tree-line OB areas intended to speed up play? They seem punitive for a shot already going into natural OB. They take the scramble out of the equation, to an extent.
Agreed. My one gripe about this course
I feel the same. Course is nastyyy but putting ob in tree lines doesn’t make sense to me.
Please keep the commentary to this going on in the round.
hole 4 had some buttery beautiful ani's into lush little cove, very beautiful
Let’s go Robinson!!!!!!
I'm not usually a fan of courses with a bunch of artificial OB, but I'm kind of digging this course.
When you need multiple spotters on every single whole, you need to rethink your course design.
Callaway looking like a stud!!
It would be nice to be able to find some of the drone flyover shot musicI’ve noticed the SoundCloud link is not even close to anything I’ve heard. Anybody got info?
Kyle`s putt on 6 looked similar to Ricky`s on 6 to me. Nose down buckets!
Conner isss one of those guysss that whissstles when he sssaysss hisss S's. Hahah these guys both do a great job commentating though, nice job.
an idea for hole 5, where they could not see the extended OB, the flag guys could have been told to stand on the extended OB line as a reference point, obviously they would have to do that for the whole tournament, so it would have to be something thought of before the tournament, and of course they just put some flags out there
Was proctor that effected by the weather? What happened between round 1 and 2 and 3?
Lezgo
Hole9 Commentator Correction: "He (Klein) has been our 'Fearless' leader up til now."...and then there is hole9.
James Proctor is throwing for thought space disc I believe open bag but thought space his main sponsor
Spoiler spillover protection?
Definitely a great course👍seems the ob can loosen up a bit, hole 3 from the tee seems unnecessary on the right. Its already a tight line. Let these dudes throw controlled tight fairway shots and leave what it may into the green. Not enjoyable to watch one drop zone to next drop zone.
Beautiful property but with all that invisible OB and fairways full of little saplings it makes it so luck is biggest factor. The luckiest player will win instead of the best.
OB can be good for the course and the challenge, but I think it's usually not very fun to watch
The hazard and OB seems a bit tight on this course. I'm tired of the wide open bomber courses but this is the opposite. Loosen it up a bit and this would be fine. There needs to be a mix on the tour schedule where the golfers who don't have as much distance but DO HAVE accuracy and control can dominate. Double G has both. I think that's why he's up near the top here.
Who allowed this course to have this much OB.
In my imagination, it's all just for the pros. The rest of the year the natural hazards are enough. That's how I would play it if I lived there.
@@mikehosier1239 I agree that’s likely, but even for the pros it seems excessive. As a fan watching a great shot end up OB is painful.
@PineTime just getting to hole 5 and yeah that's pretty excessive
Depth perception is not a skill. It's normal human understanding.
Hey Central Coast. You do a great job on coverage, but please label your rounds as rnd 1 front 9, rnd 1 back 9, etc. "Part" should be eliminated. Just a thought. Thanks for the greate content
What the hell. Am I watching ?
BQQMTIME!!!
Hole 7 is terrible... its golf not mini golf crazy garbage... it's not even a half way decent hole.
Everyone’s playing the same course, it’s supposed to be hard these guys are pros…. Soft
This is such a joke of a course, At least put flags in the ground for the ob line.
This course looks absolutely terrible..
OB in the woods is ridiculous, being in the woods is a fine penalty, no need for the OB.
Obnoxiously tight everywhere else too, and even the stone markers don't represent the true OB as the lines are clearly 3-4' in from them.
Gorgeous course with a really neat layout, that OB is terrible though.
Any truthers here in the disc golf world?!
About what
Name it!
@@chrisparker7552 like any conspiracy theory? I’m sure there are many of those types in disc golf.
