Blindsided! yes. Women have this so much easier. I say this because first off, yes, in most cases it was the woman that filed and yes pretty much premeditated the entire process prior to filing. Then there is the FACT that men initiate most of the "seeking" for women. So yeah, a pretty divorcee can simply sit at a bar and get hit on within an hour. Meanwhile, the divorced man is wondering "how am I going to approach anyone?". Sucks for the man MUCH MORE than the woman.
