My theory on the Gavin encounter is it’s an inside joke with achievement hunter, because if you think about it they have Geoff (train station teller randomly) and Ryan is the valentine hotel owner, so maybe they were supposed to get Gavin (also from achievement hunter at the time) to do a cameo character too, but it never happened and now Nigel is looking for Gavin? That’s always been how I see it as a lil Easter egg reference but that’s just a theory, a game theory.
