    Yes I want to get back to my high school weight ! But I give up because I’m loosing inches but no weight. The scale keeps saying I’m gaining weight which is soo frustrating !! I’m 230 want to lose 80 pounds

    What are your thoughts on tracking calories? It hasn’t yielded much results for me in 2 years. It’s just helped me maintain. Now I’m switching to eating plant based diet 5 days out of the week.

    What is your height and weight now, I'm 5'6 and was 168 july 19, now I'm 160 as of today, I walk everyday for an hour, and eat alot less alot more vegetables and fruit, how do you got rid of your fupa.

      Leg lifts, 100 every day for 3 months. Or walk on the treadmill with the incline at least 4.0. Don't over eat.
