Consistency will take you super far with everything life. Keep pushing beyond the days you're down, make those days count. I hope you guys enjoy this video. Yep!!! In five months I'm down 83lbs!!! Plenty days I feel like giving up but I know what my goal is!! Love it girl!!!
I’m with you sis I been consistent since 1/11/21 I’m down 18 pounds and I feel so much better!! You are so right being consistent is the key!! I also stopped using the weekends as my excuse to fall off I committed to this journey with my whole ♥️
Yes! I lost 85lbs being consistent that the only way to go. I hit a plateau for 6 months and just broke it 🙌.

It’s crazy, I was watching your videos from when you first started and baby it made me get up this morning and burn 500 calories because you are the truth! You hear me! Consistency is the tough one to master but definitely necessary!!! My word of the year was discipline and trust me. I’m determined: catch me being consistent and disciplined. Thank you!
Consistency is definitely stopping me from losing weight. I was 160 and got up to 195 when everything was closed (during quarantine). I've gained an additional 16 pounds since then (211 pounds).
I have never been in the 200's in my life before now. I have to get it together bc the longer I wait, the harder it will be to lose weight.

Hello! I just want say thanks so much I needed that word, I have lost 45lb so far but I would feel so bad when I would eat something that I shouldn't. But like u say just stay consistent!

I am so motivated by your videos! I finally believe I can get to my goal. I’ve been convinced for years (15+) that I couldn’t do it. Your motivation has me really inspired. I have a 3year old that I want the energy to play with and most importantly I owe it to myself to be my best self. I’m 180 (5’5) heading to 145 by year end. I’m using MyFitnessPal and working out nightly for at least 10-15 minutes. I’ll keep you posted.

Binge watching your videos for motivation! Covid tried to sit me down for 2 weeks but I’m still going, still working out, still trying to eat healthy. One week left of quarantine.
You look so pretty. Orange is a good color for you. This video is right on time. I gained 2 lbs this week and was so discouraged until I got to work yesterday and 1 of the most fit men at my job said whatever you're doing keep going I notice a difference😎💪(you do ? 👀🤭☺️) ok then Sir lol. On a more serious note his compliments and your encouragement has shifted my focus. I just subscribed this year Dawn and you're much younger than I am but, when I tell you what you do matters......don't ever quit inspiring and leading by example, you never know just how many lives you touch. Consistency is everything because weight loss isn't linear and it doesn't happen overnight, but its so worth it!
Yesssss because I'm sitting on my couch right now contemplating running a mile on my treadmill for the 4th day this week. Tired, bored of it, and you just snapped me right out of that lazy spirit🤣🤣 -----------------------> going now🏃🏽♀️

Thank you I needed this friend. Even though I tried on a pair of pants this morning that was too small for me two months ago. I feel like when I look in the mirror I want to thank the opposite them rush the process. Did you have to completely get rid of your extra curricular activities or did you reduce them? I’m having a hard time managing my munchies if you get my drift 😂😂😂
Girl I quit a long time ago because of that and plus it would make me super tired!! Try to limit it or I would always eat before lol I can totally relate I hope this was helpful
