Hey, Love!! I gained 20lbs which put me at 300lbs. I am accepting your challenge today, but I will be starting tour challenge tomorrow. On this journey I will be taking my daughter and one of my best friends with me. I’m 45 now and let me tell you it gets harder the older you get. My momma use to tell me this when I was younger and she was right. I am going to set my alarm as a reminder to get back with and let you know how I have been. I’m so proud of you Dawn. First off , sis you look AMAZING, your skin is flawless you are such a queen !! Thank you for sharing some important gems. My question is how did you learn about measuring your food on the scale and knowing about converting the calorie to ounces / grams.
I had to realize in order to accurately track what I'm eating I have to measure it. I have a little OCD so I always convert in ounces even when my scale allows me to change it to grams but most products serving size are in grams so it's easier that way.
Awesome tips as today I fully commit and start food prep. It was nice to see someone that looked like me nailed her goals. NOW ITS MY TURN!!! Challenge accepted ✊🏿💪🏽

I find it just as hard to start and be committed about the exercise. I keep thinking I need to push hard or run without stopping even tho I don't like to run/jog so I havent even started exercise.

My favorite tips were making a commitment to myself, drinking the 4 bottles of water daily and exercising at 3 times a week for 30 minutes for the next 3 months. I'm 51 years old and I really need to see a healthier me for me....I have 6 kids from 21-36, 17 grandkids and a Husband and I want to be around to see the grandkids get grown and to share a healthy life with my Husband.
