    Hey, Love!! I gained 20lbs which put me at 300lbs. I am accepting your challenge today, but I will be starting tour challenge tomorrow. On this journey I will be taking my daughter and one of my best friends with me. I’m 45 now and let me tell you it gets harder the older you get. My momma use to tell me this when I was younger and she was right. I am going to set my alarm as a reminder to get back with and let you know how I have been. I’m so proud of you Dawn. You done a Marvelous job, HoneyGirl😘😘😘

    Thank you so much. Today is Wednesday 5/19/2021 and I am ready. This is a reasonable challenge and I accept. The hardest part of the challenge for me will be the commeitment to exercise; however, I will do it with no excuses. I go up and down with my weight and since I've been watching your videos I now know why my weight is a roller coaster. You've helped me put things in perpective regarding my weight loss.     3 months!!! See I’m ready. I’m already on the 4 water bottles a day, 3 workouts the past 2 weeks.. Consistency is a definite. Thank you for reminder this morning. I’ve been watching most of your videos and let’s say God placed you in my path. Mindful eating. Let me go use this fitness pal app they been texting me reminding me All week to log my food. Lol

    Dawn I accept the challenge starting today! 90 days! 4 bottles of water, 2 days of exercise, 2 veggies daily. “What stood out is to plan write it down.” If you don’t plan . You plan to fail. That’s not my goal. The Lord allowed me to find you last night to remind me I can do this . I’ve done WW in past I liked it. But I put it back on and some extra. I like your approach because it is realistic and all about healthier choices based on my choices so thanks for being here sharing and motivating us to make that choice and just Do It! I’m going to HEB. To get my stuff . I will keep you posted. Bundles of Blessings! I will show you my 90 day photo when I complete this 90 days.

    -Already drinking more than 4 bottles of water daily.
    -Will start exercise 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes 💪(I usually exercise whenever I feel like it, but I'm not consistent at all)
    -Will start to eat 1 fruit and 1 vegetable a day.
    -Will improve Mindful Eating
    (90 DAYS) LET'S DO THIS!!!😊

    First off , sis you look AMAZING, your skin is flawless you are such a queen !! Thank you for sharing some important gems. My question is how did you learn about measuring your food on the scale and knowing about converting the calorie to ounces / grams.

      I had to realize in order to accurately track what I'm eating I have to measure it. I have a little OCD so I always convert in ounces even when my scale allows me to change it to grams but most products serving size are in grams so it's easier that way.

    I find it just as hard to start and be committed about the exercise. I keep thinking I need to push hard or run without stopping even tho I don't like to run/jog so I havent even started exercise.

    You're very motivational and I'm VERY excited to start my journey!!! My favorite tips were making a commitment to myself, drinking the 4 bottles of water daily and exercising at 3 times a week for 30 minutes for the next 3 months. I'm 51 years old and I really need to see a healthier me for me....I have 6 kids from 21-36, 17 grandkids and a Husband and I want to be around to see the grandkids get grown and to share a healthy life with my Husband. I'm not use to exercising PERIOD but I'm ready and willing to start!! Once again thanks for the motivational message and God bless.

    I'm so down and I'm gonna document it. I failed by not planning and staying consistent. I'm gonna look up info about calorie deficit. I've lost weight so many times and gained it back.
