I had the privilege of growing up with Paul and Linda in my village .. And remember sitting on a piano stool while Paul played and sung Waterfalls and frog chorus.. And lucky enough to live near some of the locations in this video.. And its a beautiful part of England.

Yes, Jason, you were lucky. I recognise several of the locations, having grown up in that county. I now live in another beautiful country (Italy), but it's always an emotional thing to go back and visit relatives there.
Me too Jason........, recognise some of the places. We also bought hops (for our Oast House) from the Dutchman who owned the McCartney farm before them. Much to my Dutch mother’s amusement, he had forgotten his Dutch. I was brought up less than a mile from Paul’s windmill but before he owned it or lived in East Sussex and sadly have never met him. Lucky you!

@@ewest14 depends where you compare it to. I think Jimi Hendrix is a good songwriter when you listen to Bold As Love or One Rainy Wish. Jimmy Page on the other hand has definitely more knowledge as a musician. But I agree, Sir Paul is one of the most versitale players out there.

Simply astounded me the unconditional love the Beatles had for each other including the former wives of ex-Beatles. No grudges, no enmity even with some of the drama that may have occurred.
I agree , biggest band ever in every way and none of them became wankers...I love watching the early stuff for just the sheer fun they were having as they revolutionised everything.

You're exactly right. I just watched the film "Get Back" again. The whole film demonstrates how close they all were. In the last scene, the concert on the Apple rooftop, and Mo Starkey is sitting there movin' and groovin' to the music, big smile on her face, the same huge Beatles fan she was when she was 15 and going to see them at the Cavern.
Well…. Might be forgetting the fact that they all bullied Ringo a lot, and also the way Paul and John were after the Beatles separated

I was fortunate to have my Mom until she was 97, but the pain is still there and being that most of my other family is gone, it's very difficult to be alone now, especially during these trying times. Having music and especially Paul's music is and has been comforting. I love him. Always have. Always will.
