Every night’s a beautiful night when you’re listening to Paul McCartney
I couldn't have said it better :)
Yes!
Sweet!
Aidan Hatton agreed.
Can't agree more!
Ringo is the drummer in this song. Also you can hear him singing in the end. MEGA !
This brings me JOY!!
You can always tell a Beatles fan when they say they can hear the voices of the other Beatles. Good call! I also am a big time fan!! Saw Paul here in Seattle Washington when he first toured with wings and Linda. GREAT Show it was, but when would Paul ever be bad. Love him! Yes I Heard Ringo’s voice in there myself. Great song!!
So so AWESOME to hear Ringo Both on the drums and in Voice Again
Jeff Lynne is in there also! ❤
I'm so glad that we still have Paul and Ringo around.
it wont be long before they are gone
Same
@@nikolesen unfortunately that's sadly true :,(
all 4 should still be here :(
Ringo's son Zac is the other drummer, and I think the other guitar player is James McCartney.
The best part of this song is bringing in Ringo's voice at the end. It kinda reminds you of the Beatles when you hear both Paul and Ringo.
I also missed George
I agree.
I felt that as soon as the drums came in. You can just hear it's Ringo without even looking.
Yes it is the Best ❤️
I totally agree
Who else is glad that Flaming pie is finally getting noticed?
CJRBchaz damn straight!
My favourite album
Such a Beatley sounding record off the back of the Anthology... and all the better for it.
Certainly well deserved. Brilliant album, one of my faves. And it is sort of a hidden gem in is catalog. Although having said that, it was no. 2 in both the UK and US at the time.
@@tcaudiobooks737 that's right! That's what I've always thought!...it sounds like the white album! Listen to that drum sound! The guitars... everything!!
This sounds insane , but ive been listening to so much of Paul's music over the last few months, that its had a profound effect on my state of mind. In a really positive way.
Its official. Mccartney is good for your health
Hmm, maybe you're on to something.
Paultherapy.
Same here
Same. It’s got me writing music again.
Dave Daish I agree!
I felt this 🤟🎧
It seems Paul McCartney is a Beloved Friend I have never met in Person ❤️
Let's appreciate we still have Paul around.
Don't forget Ringo, too!!
@@musicislife967 of course! ;)
He is an immortal legend. He will live with us forever.
@@musicislife967 Don't worry. The Beatles will never be forgotten. They will live forever.

Paul Mccartney is Best!!
Best is Pete, McCartney is Paul
He is So Great!!!!
He isn't best, but he's so good🥰
mccarol lol than it’s a other beatle lol
Pete isn’t a good drummer,
Even though ik it’s a joke
I literally can't imagine a world without Paul McCartney and his music. I - can - not.
I was listen this music... and think I can’t imagine a world without Paul... he is like a light in my soul!
@@marciarios9712 You see it? It is impossible.
Ever heard of the movie “Yesterday”
I thought that about John then George, but all things must pass.😢
@@debbutcher9087 I did not exist when John was assassinated, and when George passed away, I was barely four, that's why I only mean Paul.
Even with cancer, Linda looks so beautiful and strong. I still get chills when I see her in 1997-1998. Paul was so lucky. ❤️
Seeing her here in her last video appearance makes me teary, especially when I watch this back to back with Every Night, from the earliest days of their marriage.
No matter how hard he (Paul) looks, he will never find another Linda. Unless they were Excellent Actors, we, the fans, could see the love they shared. Finding true and real love will possibly come once in a lifetime! I had a love like that, 43 years, until my husband passed. I'd never find a love like ours again. Jim is my lifetime love ❤️ 💞 💔
So was Linda!!!!
When i sing this song with my headphones on ,i always sing the alto harmony with Paul ! We always have a good time 🎤🎙️🎶❤️🤣
He’s a Beautiful Knight.
Haha I see what you did there ...
Well said.
Good one!!
Clever, ibgrrl.
it sounds Beatles a lot. The orchestration, the drums beat,Paul's and RIngo's voices, the choirs. I liked it a lot. Thanks for sharing!...
ringo's drumming and backing vocals add that special touch to the song.
Sounds more like Elton John
Edit: Well I'm sorry but how does this sound Beatlesque?
- pretty cheesy melody ✓
- piano that just does chords on each beat, but does fills every measure, though the bass seems to be doing most of those here, so that sounds kind of like an in between between The Beatles and Elton ✓
- round sounding bass that sort of wiggles around in the background ✓
- chorus that goes high up for just the hook in a kind of minor sound even the verses sounded pretty major, even though they were kind of bittersweet and melancholic, but then chills back down and repeats the cycle ✓
- string orchestration that kicks in later, but doesn't really have its own melody and is pretty simple ✓
- straightforward drumming ✓
- also just uses pretty similar chords that Elton usually does. It sounds a lot like Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (mostly the chorus), Candle in the Wind (overall), or Rocketman (though just in the bass).
That's definitely Elton. The Beatles tend to have more creative melodies, more creative drumming, more consistent but straightforward tone, less wiggly bass, and though they do have simple piano chords, they don't really do any of the fills Elton does. Finally, the string orchestration tends to have its own melodies and to highlight the rest of the music much more than it does in Elton's. Not very Beatles.
@@althealligator1467 Noooo, I shouldn't have thought so.... This is tolerable, for a start.
@@captainfeedback1 what do you mean?
@@althealligator1467 Just not an Elton John fan, I guess.

Magical, mysterious, and tour-ous?
Indeed, very magickal

And I'm left stranded, wondering why.

Even if I get a medal from my local neighborhood
I won't need a castle, they've got castles in Versailles
And I'm still stranded, wondering why

Thank you so much for the lyrics. I couldn't hear some words so this is really helpful. All I can say is wow, what a beautiful song. Gets into your heart and soothes my soul. I prefer to listen without the video, which I don't much like.

The sound of this man's voice gets me tearing up
Beautiful ending with RINGO!!!!!
Should have been a bigger hit when it was released, great song.

it doesn't matter for Paul as long as we enjoy it :)

Paul is a young old man....such a lovely person ❤
The youngest old man 🤣🤣🤣🤣

As soon as the drums come in, it's clear again why Ringo was such an underappreciated part of the Beatles' success. You can hear his style immediately. What a great track!
Ringo added so much
You just hear The Beatles sound straight away
Ringo was the missing link to the Beatles success-that's why John and Paul grabbed him.
Ringo was NEVER underappreciated! The others, especially John, frequently referred to him as the heartbeat of the Beatles.
Seriously, the way he sounds on drums is the magic-making ingredient. Nobody else does it like him.
One of the bests of Mccartney’s solo career

4:10 Omg! It's Ringo ... to keep hearing your voices in 2020 is a privilege, guys. We love you. Thanks for this. ❤
The music video is from 1997. But yeah at least they are both still making music today!
So much of Paul's post Beatles music I haven't heard, including this great track.
Best musician ever, Sir James Paul McCartney.
Paul sings this song with such passion, and yet so touchingly. I am moved to tears by it. And Ringo's voice and drums coming in make the song perfect!
Yes, to me, this song harkens back to better times, better days.
Paul's Flaming Pie era voice was amazing. So rich and warm.
Yes, same here... This song is my tribute to my beautiful and beloved Mom, who was a teen during the Beatles.. She loved the Beatles, and Paul McCartney was def a fav when they Beatles were no longer together.. Love this song so much.
I agree with you
Paul is a real life midas. Every time he touches a musical instrument = gold. 👍❤🙏 and when Ringo gets involved? Speechless. Love you guys .
yeah baby!!!
Paul's voice is such a masterpiece. His music makes me cry all the time. I always know when it's Paul. All the time.
He’s my favorite singer ever 😭♥️
I'm starting to realise what makes a McCartney song a McCartney song is his unique melodies.
He has the gift of melody. They just pour out of him.
Look at Eleanor Rigby, this man came up with a fantastic melody line for a practically 2 chord song, if that isn't genius I don't know what is.@@garotadagavea
This will always be one of my favoritest of Macca’s song videos: a glimpse of the Wizard Himself at work in his natural habitat, creating the music of Love….using his magick to bring people together, as usual. So lovely especially is the part where the girl’s footsteps become butterflies of light as she runs through the rain puddles….
Our greatest living composer is putting out songs on RUclips. How wonderful is that?
For sure !!! In the Early 90s I worked weekends at turtle's Music was my candy store and I couldn't tell you how much music I've collected. And got all of the Beatles n Paul I think. I use to go to a Yellow Dogs Disc.. When I lived in Wilmington NC this guy the owner was very kind to order the Albums over seas from catalogs for me in USA was hard to get Paul McCartney's music. I believe was 2003 or around that when I first ever Got to see a Paul McCartney concert in Raleigh NC. I loved it wished I gotten to see another but will never forget 56 year old gal now . 2 sons in there 30s that never saw a concert.

If you guys make it to 7 yrs then you will stay together most likely. It took me 7 yrs to get rid of my X girlfriend because she stalked me and then told everyone I had become a gay boy. No offense to gays though its just everyone kept asking me if I was gay over and over. I should of sued her but I am not rich enough yet. Next time I only want an open relationship that goes slowly with no pressures but women want everything once they have claimed you especially your money...lol.

He has THE most beautiful voice.
If he wrote this as a Beatle it would be considered a Beatles classic.
True...in the style of The Long and winding road and My Love.
And have Ringo George John On That Background 100% Beatles

Became a Beatles fan when I was 10 years old. I'm now 63 years and still a fan. Thank you Paul for this song, beautiful.
One of Paul's greatest songs...
Ok now we know who is incharge of the random blackout that made everyone forget about the Beatles 🙄
oh yeah!
This wins the Internet.
He decided, 'Y'know what, I'm gonna make everyone forget about the theory that I'm dead, and that John and George really are...including myself."

I know the live chat is over, but I just wanted to say thank you for all the years of The Beatles and Paul McCartney’s music. This music made the darkness that surrounded me a lot less dense. It made the most painful parts of my childhood tolerable. I would even go, so far as to say that if I didn’t have this music. I would not be here today. Again thank you and bless you and your family.

4:17 it's nice to hear Paul and Ringo harmonizing after all those years. It's too bad that the boys could never do a proper reunion.
This is an amazing song that really sticks in my head.
I bought this album during a trip to San Francisco, Cal. in 1997. It was a great trip, great song, and great memories!
I wish Paul would play some of his forgotten great songs live in his concerts. Would love to hear him play this song also My Brave Face, No More Lonely Nights, Hope Of Deliverance. Just so many to chose from.
Me too! He does that all to rarely. However, he did do "Flaming Pie" with his current touring band - so maybe he'll play other songs from that album, now that it's being reissued.
Add "Take It Away," an absolute banger of a song that I don't believe he's ever played live.
Yes, those are three of my favourite songs of his I wish he would do live. The first time I saw him live, he snuck in Temporary Secretary as one of the first songs and I about fainted with joy! He has so many great gems aside from just the hits.
Aye! Anything from Flowers in the Dirt or Off the Ground!
Luis: I agree. Although, he already toured those albums when they came out, so he played more than half of the songs live 28-30 years ago. From "Flowers In The Dirt" he played 7 out of 13 songs. And OTG 8 of 12 - plus the single only song "Big Boys Bickering".
His albums 1980-88 he never toured, so most of those songs were never played live. I would've loved to hear him play some songs from "Tug Of War" and "Pipes Of Peace".
Any night is beautiful with this tune!!
One of the most beautiful songs ever

I've always been a huge fan of the Beatles -- saw them live on Ed Sullivan, Feb. 9, 1964. But I find it a little disturbing to see other comments about this song "reminding people of the Beatles," "sounding like this or that Beatles song," etc. I did not notice ANY similarity between this wonderful Paul McCartney song, and the Beatles' music, great as they both are. This is a Paul McCartney song, period. With Ringo Starr adding important elements to it, and our last video glimpses of the wonderful Linda. It doesn't need to be "compared" to any other music. It stands on its own. Paul McCartney is the greatest all-around musician of the 20th Century. Period.
