Just what i needed to watch on a Saturday night 😀 Needle roller bearing in the clutch sometimes needs replacing Air vent on carby for the air pulse fuel pump often needs cleaning on well used saws
Great job restoring the 084 powerhouse of its day. It’s sad more of these old saws weren’t kept up to compare to today’s new models. I have an old 064 that was used for logging in USA’s Pacific Northwest back in the 1960’s which I’d like to restore and see how it holds its own against my newer stihl ms 661 and husqvarna 395xp worked over by Donny Walker in BC Canada. It may be close using a 48” bar and chain all around. Take care down under and stay safe.
Great job ,084 it's a true legend, well done for restoration.
The 084 is a beast, a real classic!👍

Thanks for watching and the comment, I would like to get a 48" bar for the 084 just to see how it goes, Good luck with the resto on your 064.
Beautiful
Not bad for a bush fix.
The 084 got an Auto oiler, and then the button to push, your supposed to hold it, its not a pump
Thanks, I have realized that now.
