What a beautiful short film to partner with an extraordinary song. I am so glad I was turned on to this song from watching "The Alpinist" which in turn led me to Kishi Bashi, which brought me here. I am so grateful to have been exposed to all 3 projects. Thank you.

I saw this in manchester, UK, where he performed this in the middle of the crowd, stood on a chair. He described how he wrote it when he was on tour and last here. He said he was too lazy to come up with a title and kept the name of the place where he wrote it. It was beautiful beyond words. Tears filled his eyes by the end, as everyone was holding their phone lights out and singing every word along with him. It was one of the most special moments i have witnessed yet. He's a true talent and beautiful live.

can confirm it does. He truly is a magical artist. I highly recommend the rest of this album, 151A, and his next album after that, Lighght, as well as his incredible song "Marigolds" off of his 2019 album, Omoiyari. Its amazing and sad at the same time something so good can be shared amongst a somewhat small group of people for now, but It's a shame that this doesn't get the views it deserves
Kishi has given me a sound for so many emotions, heart break and happiness in so few and complete songs. Lyrics and composition, the talent especially during the live orchestral shows. Wow.

It's from his first album, 151-A. Unfortunately not a new release, but it's an amazing song and I'm thrilled to see it get its dues!
This song is from the now ten-year-old 151a, K's debut album. It finally received its well-deserved song video, which is coinciding with the premiere of K's film Omoiyari (today) which we'll hopefully have access to through some film platform

This hits hard to me. Reminds me of this girl I met when I was in 7th grade. I’ve never been able to connect with somebody like I did with her. We went on a trip to San Felipe and made love in my tent. But I moved to California and I never saw her again. During the summer break she made me a little paper frog that I’ve kept in my memory box with all the things I took with me from 7th grade and I just found it a few months ago.
