I've never watched Elite... a movie(?) everyone here is talking about. I found this vinyl album hand signed Kishi Bashi and numbered 150/500 at a Salvation Army and it was pristine and so beautiful I had to purchase this for .99 cents. Wow. Mind blown. A beautiful journey. So glad I picked this up.

So few songs can captivate the life and soul of us all. The dance and flow of waves of emotion that run within us. The ebbing of the tide and its return. It's genius. I am not sure if there is supposed to be a specific meaning to this song or if we are supposed to find our own. The music video seems quite clear about it. To me, it speaks very differently; it speaks of the very nature of life itself. I hope I am not the only one that feels this way. Before this, I could not put my thoughts into form, but this song has added the missing color to my vision. I really can't thank you enough for that.

My list of possible interpretations of the video (its idea is to keep an abstract interpretation):
1) He lived all this with her and lost her (to death or not to death) and now there are only memories and sadness after the loss.
2) It's a regret/sorrow of not having lived through it when it was possible with her still alive.
3) He's dead and that is a spiritual plane where he's remembering what he was able to live with her in life and now can't anymore.
