Build:
6 Reflexes, 6 Cool, 4 Technical Ability base stats.
Rush 18 Reflexes for handgun perks and then 18 Technical Ability for crafting legendary.
Level up body to 10 for using Comrade's Hammer at full potential; level to 20 Reflex and dump the rest into Cool or whatever you want honestly.
Perks: I just unlocked the crafting essentials and knife throwing, and then unlocked every single handgun perk cause I thought that would be really funny. Also cold blood gives you more armor and it wears off a lot slower if you spam the Sandivestan all the time.
Cyberware:
QuainT Sandevistan mk4 from Fingers (25% slow, shortest cooldown)
Alternatively, you can also get the warp dancer for an even slower 10% slowdown, but 25% feels good enough in most cases and I personally prefer spamming it with a shorter cooldown.
Sandivestan Heatsink crafting spec can be bought from the ripper in Arroyo, and you can craft the legendary version yourself with Edgerunner Artistan perk and Crafting lvl 18.
Optical camo has really good synergy with this build but it takes up my grenade slot so I don't use it.
Weapons: Overture with silencer or Comrade's hammer. Also grenades.

I did this cyberpsycho bit today and holy shit. After watching this fucking chad pull off that move I made it my life’s mission to smack him with the butt of my gun so he’d get out alive.
I succeeded, but not without being fucking annihilated by the psycho’s laser like five times.

Imagine what it must be like to fight someone with reflex boosters in general. Despite how many times he uses it the way David uses the Sandevistan is actually extremely limited. Imagine the kind of shit you see in the David build videos like this from a regular persons perspective. One second m, you're quietly saying a prayer for this poor bastard and before that second ends there's a blur, an ungodly banging noise and like fifteen people are dead.

In the 1st episode when David gets beat up, That arasaka punk uses a za warudo type of attack. Be cool if you could get that as an upgrade to the gorilla arms.
Honestly feels like having Za World and Za Hando whenever you play a david build.

Truth be told, nearly all sandevistan builds are stealth builds, cause it still counts as stealth if everyone's dead before anyone can notice you.
That section about wanting to be stealthy but too addicted to grenades really hits home lol

Given the fact that the sandy on enemies pretty much just gives them super speed and dodge powers, this is so fucking accurate.
If Cyberpunk 2077 was a tabletop, it'd basically be like the Time Stop spell in D&D.
@@weasel003gaming7 In Cyberpunk Red which is the 2077 table top version of Cyberpunk it adds +3 to initiative for 1 minute with an hour long cooldown. The more powerful yet humanity costing one in the table top is always the Kernesikov because its always active. It's an extreme boost to reflexes.

The overwhelming urge to *s t a b* someone makes your legs move faster. And once you _do_ stab someone, your blade is now coated in red. Which makes it go _even faster._

The anime made the sandevistan popular, and I am all for it
I am surprised it was not that popular until the anime considering it is literally super speed in Cyberpunk world and can make some crazy samurai melee builds and gun builds.
Guess netrunner powers and Berserker was just too easily noticed.

Slow-mo has already been done, not that its a bad thing just different tech for different builds, besides, In my latest playthrough im doing netrunning & blades and using your interface is already slow mo
@@keighne7650 it is up to your own choice anyways with builds. Speaking of that, the berserk, sandevistan, and cyberdeck choice is more of a prefer job powers anyways.
Berserker is basically warrior class powers.
Scandevistan is the rogue/thief class powers.
Cyberdeck for Mage class powers.

The most za wardo sandevistan is the warp dancer mk5, because it slows to 10% so is almost a time stop but the cd is pretty high 30 sec and 8 sec duration but combined with the mods that increase the duration with 1,3 x3 = 3,9 with also a nanorelays that increase with 2 seconds duration it will be 14 seconds of time stop at every 30 sec , so is pretty op .
or instead of making it last longer, you could reduce the cooldown, you can have 10 seconds on and 9 seconds off.
@@mrkiky on warp dancer? If so that makes me wanna use it instead, the 2 sec cd on qiant 4 feels a bit too much sometimes anyway + seen warp dancer got higher crit dmg
@@bictur Yea, I haven't tried it out myself because my netrunner build didn't have enough reflexes for it and the sandy build is not there yet. But in theory it should end up being 30s - 30% = 21s - 3 heatsinks = 9s. And 8s + nanorelays = 10s. Maybe some calculations work different, but it should end up giving you around 50% duty cycle. Btw the warp dancer is a qiant too 😂

Sandi + sticky frags was one of the most fun playthroughs
Casually slow time to a 1/10th its normal speed, walk through a crowd of goons slapping sticky frags to every bodies forehead.

as an avid comrade's hammer user, I can agree that yes, it is the kitchen gun. just forget about the two extra shots.

2. Give grenades to bad guys
3. Exit time stop to be greeted by the explosions
Need the qiant mk4 with 3 of the legendary cooldown upgrades
To be honest the ability to slow time and move fast makes the game more fun

I love that shit so much. Am using a Sandy build this playthrough and good God it is fun. One of my favorite things is when I'll just be wandering around and I'll come across those trios of gang members and since my weapon setup is literally two knives and an Overture, I'll just slow time, throw my knives through the first 2's skulls, then evaporate the last guy's entire head with a single shot from my revolver. Then I get to watch all their bodies collapse at the same time in slow mo.
I like using the optical camo and sandy for stealth missions. Can just run past everything and walk around behind people that notice you to kill them. Lol.
It would be suuuper hard to recognize a person with optical camo moving at sandy speed.
@@thepackable Hell yeah. Using the shit out of the Optical Camo since having a Sandy means I no longer have access to my old favorites turn off camera and disable optics. Smoothest shit I pulled off woth that I actually recorded the other day was doing one of the Gigs for the Padre. Was the one where you have to kill a guy who killed a cop. He was on the second floor of a building and I could see the window to the room from the outside of the compound so I sprinted towards the wall, double jumped over it, popping Optical Camo, jumped onto a truck, leapt off that and activated the Sandy and threw a knife at the window in mid air, landed on the balcony and jumped through the broken window, spun to the side and with the Sandy still active, threw my second knife through the target's skull. Smoothest shit ever!
This is exactly how my last playthrough went 10/10
Quick tip for new players of cyberpunk:
-When a sandy says it slows time "by" 25% (to say any number) it doesn't mean it slows down time to 75% speed, it actually means it slows time *to* 25% of it's usual speed

I went with a more net runner stealth build. The sandevistan is cool, but I can't stand not having the ability to hack.
I love that now there are mods that make this thing even more awesome.
And let's enemies use it too, so you can be on the other end of Dio Stick

bro, I literally went into full cyber psychosis mode and just lit up every civilian I saw to fight trauma team…after 1 punching them all (Animals mod, if ykyk) I had to keep killing civilians to get more cops! My rampage ended from me punching the shit out of a cop car like a street fighter match and it exploding in my face…dawg I love my ‘Devistan ❤️
I really want to do a Sandevistan build, but I've already put so many Attribute points into making my Quickhacking and Melee stuff good, that I'd have to start the whole game over just to do it. And then I'd have to play a ton before I could even get a legendary Sandy.
If you play on pc you could just use respec mod, you could reset your attributes with that.
But yeah I hope COPY will include this feature in the next update.

That's why reset attributes is a good feature, we could try other build without playing another playthrough. I'm glad we have respec mod for PC..
Im on consle and there is a reset skills button. Bottom left you have to pay eddies for it.
