Beat the system and become a full time RUclipsr is what i would say, do you know how to repair those things?
Easier said than done. He has 20k subs but only gets about 1k views per video which is about 3 - 5 dollars. Even if he makes 3 videos a day that's less than 20 bucks. He only has 11 out of 395 videos that have popped off and got more than 10k views. I have my own other channel with 1,200 subs and I've tried thumbnails, better editing, everything... RUclips is hard and a lot of it seems like just luck.
I mean I took electrical classes in highschool which I enjoyed very much. I've built my computer and many others. I love fixing things. I'm not braindead incompetent. I'm sure I could fix things like that
Who hurt you ?

Call them. Show them you are devoted to getting the job. Probably no one else is calling. They might think you lack skills or something but that can be fixed. Lack of devotion cannot.

I hired many many people in my career in Retail and automotive warehouses.
If you came in with that hair and that beard it would immediately tell me you were having some emotional problems to keep your hair and beard so unkempt.
I would give you the tour of the warehouse but that would only be my break for the day.
Cut your damn hair and trim that beard.
